Would give it 0 if I could. As with others below, account suspended, money still in account. Documents have all gone to them, with no response and no way to get into the account to withdraw the funds. Multiple emails sent, still no response. Resigned to the fact now that the money is probably gone.

As others have said, even if you're desperate for a bet, stay away from these guys and play with one of the big companies.

Really, Stay away from this SCAM place. I spend around 300 pounds. Spin by spin is dead. I Won one bonus. 1.25 - And that is all. No Customer support, just e- mail which not working. A site made for scam. Find some others casino where the fun is fun, not frustration.

Shocking bookie - I signed up and used the 'Place 10x £10 bets and get a free £10 bet' and within 30 mins my account was bonus restricted, meaning I don't get the bonus that I signed up for.
Huge scam really - entice people in with the promotions and then remove the ability to actually use the promotion!
Avoid and use other more reputable bookies as there are many out there.

Currently going through a chargeback process with my bank. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

I just think signing up to this site has been a total waste of time. The site has some good offers on but Ive found that after taking up a few of the offers, they remove them from you and all youre left with is a site that offers odds that aren't as competitive as some of the other bookmakers and as im one who likes to shop around for the best odds...the site no longer has anything to temp me to place a bet with them.
