I had 2 winning numbers in Play Huge Lottos Megamillions draw, but they say I had none. I have been unable to contact them by phone and their address is unknown to Directory Enquiries. They are unknown to The Gambling Commission.

I have sent the transaction number as requested. I also asked why their address is unknown to Directory Enquiries, why they are not known to The Gambling Commission, and why I did not receive a reply when I phoned them several times before submitting my Trustpilot review. They seem very secretive. I await their response to my email.

No reply to my above response (6th August '23). This company cannot be trusted. They are best avoided.

i am from india i got very bad experience from this site very worst customer service , they only collecting money any withdrawal they dont give , i won 900/- INR still they not giving withdrawal somany time i sent mail they dont responce, don't play guys very cheating website

Hi, the issue is not totally resolved. As informed earlier the 25% cashback on deposit via UPI/netbanking which was offered on 25th April 2023 still not received. Other cashback and free spins were received but this cashback on deposit via UPI/Netbanking not yet received.

Playhugelottos.com has a good service. This site is easy to use and they have a many deposite methode. I have ever won the ozpowerball on March 2019, i choose 6 matches number correctly and i have been paid from this site (Playhugelottos.com). And one more, their customer support always reply my question when i asked.

I'm unable to play any lottery. You press the Play Now tab, nothing appears.
I've emailed to support to check if there's an on going maintenance, no response

Terrible!.it’s very difficult to speak to someone.unless you leave a review here. They do not reply emails. They have changed they system without informing their customers before( I used to play weekly now you can not) Even though after terrible experiences I have asked my money back they will return my money in Euro which will cause me to lose some of it.I highly not recommend the company.
In addition, they have very bad customer services as well. Even though they have called me once, as soon as I shared my review here. After that, I couldn’t receive any help or reply for enquiries waste of time and money.the review I shared on 3/3/23 since that, nothing has change that’s why I updated my review once again.

I have always had replies to my concerns. Always get confirmation on ticket purchases and money deposited. I have been playing for a number of years.

The megaplier box is not in/on your Megamillions form. Where is it to be found on the playhugelottos.com site? I do not see it anywhere. Very frustrating! My understanding is that California is the only state in which megaplier is not available.
Is PHL located in California?
I think I'll hold off playing until I get an answer. It would be annoying to have a decent win and not be able to increase it with the 'mythical' megaplier.

They seem to be a big scam ...I asked to withdraw my winnings ( few hundred dollars only...by the way I lost few thousands on this website), since 3 weeks and each time they come with a new request or a new document or even a screen shot ...etc, I shared everything they requested on the same day of request, yet I didn't get anything so far !!! You're NOT directly playing the US Powerball game, mainly as you have to BUY a ticket in person in the USA to play... you also cannot play Powerball online, regardless of being a US citizen living in the US or just Joe Public from anywhere else in the world!

And a quick squint at the official Powerball website confirms that to claim a Powerball prize, you have to cash in the winning ticket(s) at an outlet from within the State you purchased your winning ticket in, oh, and IN PERSON too

What you are doing when you buy a ticket with PlayHugeLottos, is placing a BET with them, using the 'lotto' numbers as the basis of the bet, which you can legally do from anywhere in the world where PlayHugeLottos operate and have a gambling licence to accept bets in

It's defiantly not a scam, but its also NOT a US Powerball lottery ticket that you're purchasing either, you're placing a BET with a BOOKMAKER on the numbers you've selected being the correct numbers drawn in the US game on the date selected

I'd 'hate' to be the LUCKY winner of a $MEGA Million prize using this method of play - hence the website T&C stating PlayHugeLottos reserve the right to pay a prize by annuity instead of in a lump sum

That said, and with full knowledge that I'm placing a bet not directly purchasing a US Powerball ticket, I still want to play on their website - it's the closest I can get as a UK national to 'sort of' taking part in the US draw

My 1 Star review is because when I tried to register a new account to play this week, I couldn't complete the registration as the UK / United Kingdom / Great Britain / England are not any of the options in the choose your COUNTRY drop down list - and the not very helpful or intelligent online 'assistant' was beyond useless, disappointing for a tech company in 2022

BTW, Their offices are in Cyprus which GDPR / distance selling regulations have difficulty in policing

Since they changed to a new website page I couldn't be able to withdraw my small winnings, coudn't even be able to watch a list of the lotteries about how much I won, there's no more the total win amount showing and also there's no more claim winning buttons and money refund button to withdraw all my winnings. From the frequently asked questions page of the new website it says that "Smaller winnings can be deposited into your bank account" but now I am facing the issue of withdrawal request for to be sent to my Mastercard. I bought the lottery tickets with my card and now I can't claim my small winnings back to my card? This is incredible! Now the only withdrawal options are Neteller and Skrill and I can't use either of them. Need to correct. This is not right.

Update: My issue is still not solved yet.

I has been playing on the side playeuromillions.com in many years. suddenly the side changed to Playhugelotto.com and all my account points and my accounts deposit vanished!! When I write to Playhugelotto.com to ask for what happen to Playeuromillions.com and my account and my money they do not answer!! That makes me think that it's all a scam and I has been tricked for many years to think I had a chance, but the only ones who had a chance to get rich, where Playeuromillions.com and playhugelotto.com Grrrrrrrr......

I have been buying poweball tickets etc for years and suddenly in the past few months I cannot . I’ve tried a few credit cards and the payment won’t finalize. Etransfer won’t work either . The money leaves the bank but never goes in my lotto account. Twice I’ve had it returned to me after a number of emails and more info on my part. My account seems to be blocked maybe and I don’t know why. Please check at your end to see why I am unable to deposit funds or pay with my credit cards.
