I joined this website in good faith but immediately the account was suspended.
On asking why I was asked for information about me that I gave.
I then was asked for more information that again I gave.
When I received yet another request for more information I told them to forget it and close my account.
So far I have received several emails telling me the account is closed but I can still access it - nearly 24 hours later.
This company is so unprofessional it beggars belief.
Avoid them like the plague.

Scamers. My winning and whidrawal was canceled with no reason and explanation. They just returned deposit and no any winning

Read these reviews and thought if I withdraw I am never going to get it so sent driving licence, passport, card and bank statement then made a withdrawal of 550. Email to say verified within the hour and funds in my bank within 2 hours. Worthy 5 stars Play UK.

Well I’m shocked with the review on there pay outs. I’ve got so much evidence with the games crashing, taking 60£ no win then another 40£ no win.

Well I signed up 2 days ago and withdrew just under a grand. It says it’s been successfully today at 13:00 not reached my bank yet. Sceptical with the reviews on here if it will make it or I will be scammed but I will come back with an update. Rating 4 stars just now until my money hits bank.

Update got all my money they just are not near as quick as other companies your 3 days at least till hits ur bank. That being said I got my money I enjoyed my experience so I will upgrade starts

Created account, played, broke even, withdrew, error: you can't withdraw to this card, ok contact support, "I'll raise it to the relevant team" 5 days like get a email from support team which goes straight to junk folder for as known scam, "we need bank statements and photo of bank card to add a different card to your account so you can withdraw" sent documents , no response. Typical scam casino tactics of delaying resolutions so you get bored of waiting and wager and lose your winnings.

Crap selection of games, you'll spend 1000x to finally hit a feature which will pay 3x.

Emails were responded to fast but this Amount of time for money to be paid bank into account after emails saying Processd is concerning to say least

PLAYUK is operated by Gracemedia. I decided to play roulette on there and won. I withdrew on Friday night just before 10PM.

I spoke with Paul on live chat who reassured me that my withdrawal would be completed between 24-48 hours. I submitted my passport and bank card documents to save time incase these were requested further down the line. Paul responded via email stating I did not need to do this and that there is no issue with my withdrawal request.

I subsequently have been told by Callum and Jason via live chat that it will take 5 working days to process. Different to what Paul stated.

Then I was told by Jeff (who like Paul was excellent and very reassuring) that it would be 24-48 hours as Paul stated initially.

I waited for the full 48 hours to pass. Withdrawal still showing as pending. Spoke to Oliver via live chat who is now saying I should wait another 5 working days. That there is no issue and that the withdrawal will be fine.

Dean, customer service manager at PlayUk emailed me to say the same 24-48 hours and that there is no issue with my withdrawal everything will be fine.

It seems Gracemedia don’t pay out as these other reviews state. Filter out and you will see the negative reviews similar to mine.

Search for playuk reviews on trustpilot and you will also find multiple similar stories of refusals / avoiding / evading paying out players.

Google or check casinomeister website for similar issues with Gracemedia websites that they operate all stating the same issue - avoiding paying out players.

I will be taking this to the Gambling Commission and Ecogra and the media. It is disgusting and so unprofessional. I will not be led on for weeks or months on end to receive my fair and square win!

Lie after lie and false claims to say the least! Don’t be fooled by email requests to leave positive reviews for Gracemedia. They have claimed their page on trustpilot for Gracemedia but not for the websites they operate where you will find numerous poor reviews of the same nature.

I will allow Ecogra and the GC to deal with this as I will not be made to wait and chase for my winnings.

Update: I have spoken with the gambling commission this morning who have advised me of the next steps to take.

I have raised a complaint with playuk (Gracemedia) as I have now been told that ‘the current delay is due to the necessary third-party review of gameplay’. If we are unable to resolve the complaint regarding my withdrawal as a matter of urgency I will be using the ECOGRA ADR process immediately.

Really great friendly and helpful staff, they really care about there customers I really appreciate each and everyone of you as I have special needs I sometimes read or spell things wrong but they are so patient and friendly they do amzing job not only that I never had the confidences to do a Web chat but due to there kind and care I feel I can use it again which is great for me, I have had some very big companys tell me before that maybe I should stick to stuff that is at my level as you can imagine I was shocked and it put me off for many years and that was sky anyway not with Play UK u guys are the best I've won and cash out on a Saturday money in bank by Monday I will not play anywhere else now. Worst casino ever, deposited £10, won £700 and they rejected my withdraw and voided my winnings.

Total scam had to put over £200 in to get one bonus and it paid £2.98 won’t be back and will be advising anyone I know not to play here absolutely scandalous, and also has a terrible selection of games. DEAD SITE

Awful site which is definitely rigged. You never get any bonuses it just eats money.
I also deposited for bonus spins each time and never received them. Raised this as a complaint and was given £1.50 bonus credit instead of free spins despite depositing over £300 without a withdrawal.
