Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff, deposited £100 yo play slots, it was taken out my bank by PlayUk (Grace Media) but the funds never went into my account. Contacted them even showed the transaction on my bank statment and still no refund. Disgusting.

This is the 9th day following a request to withdraw funds I am rightfully entitled to. They need to verify my docs which I have sent multiple times. Communication is limited because their phone line and live chat is inactive so email is the only option. 1 or 2 generic replies is all you will get out of them. Surely this is illegal? Requesting documents to process a withdrawal AFTER a withdraw request. I’m determined to be given what is rightfully so will keep pursuing but this is mentally draining.

There are plenty of other companies who offer the same services with transparency. AVOID PLAYUK at all costs!

Stay well clear of this online casino. The bonuses they offer simply do not come to fruition unless you read pages and pages of T&Cs.

Customer service. Forget it, they do not in anyway understand what customer service or customer retention is.

A word of warning. Make sure you know who else is associated with these cowboys. They have a number of online casinos under different names.

I have wrote a lengthy and detailed complaint to the gambling commission and an ADR, and I hope they look into what I consider to be a dishonest and terrible company that I wish I had never come across.

Be warned there are far better and more honest online casinos out there. And no, I’m not just a bitter loser. This lot cannot be trusted.
