I bought a towel radiator two years…
I bought a towel radiator two years ago, it included a 10 year warranty. It has suffered external corrosion on one of the vertical tubes. I sent them a photograph to claim under warranty. They, asked if I had inhibitor in the system, I sent them proof of service and inhibitor inclusion. This was irrelevant anyway, because the corrosion is external, if it was from inside it would be leaking, none of my old radiators were corroded. I again asked for a refund or exchange and they refused, although I’d sent them proof. I have sent more correspondence to them and they ignored it.
