Highly Recommend

The process from start to finish was easy. I was struggling to know which valves to get with what radiator but the radiator bundle made this process much easier.
I received my confirmation of delivery quickly and by the next day the tracking details came through my yodel app (To add, as soon as the company gave me the order number and delivery company I added it to the app, hence the app notifications)
The delivery came in two part which I realised when I had two tracking numbers on the app, I wasn't told it would be in two parts and if you are not familiar with the delivery apps, this be an issue for some.
Both deliveries came on the same day. The radiator was well packaged. The radiator isn't installed yet but it looks great.

Ignore the timeslot!

Can't fault the purchase and the sale itself but the time slot given?... 3 hrs later the driver arrived and had to take more time off work then I was expecting too.

I am glad to hear you were happy with your purchase experience, but sadly not with the courier.

I am very sorry that the courier was later than their original delivery estimate. Occasionally couriers are delayed with things outside of their control.

It does appear that they were still able to deliver the goods on the advised day, albeit later than expect.

I will feed this back to the courier to try and understand why the delay was so great in an effort to stop this happening again.

Poor delivery

We had an expensive order of >£600. There is little to no communication from the company about delivery and no way to select a best date. I had an email late at night to say delivery would be attempted tomorrow but no way to rearrange delivery online. We work hospital shifts and were both on 8-8s that day. I planned to call when the office opened to ask them to change delivery but the radiator was dropped off first thing. It was put on our drive in the AM and left outside for nearly 12 hours- I called the delivery company and they apologised and said they would pick it back up and re deliver. This didn't happen. The radiator was delivered and left on our drive in full view of the street, they backed it in the pallet up to our backdoor, leaving an 82kg package stood upright. It was so difficult to move the radiator in to the house because of how it was placed as it was delivered. We are also stuck with a massive pallet and we now have to take it to the skip. We only used this company as we could’nt get a 4 column radiator from the site we already used and I would not use them again if I could avoid.

I have looked into your order and I can see you raised your order 19/04, this was dispatched the next working day (20/04).

We emailed you on 20/04 with the consignment tracking information and the courier it was assigned to.

On 21/04 your order was delivered via a palletised courier service at 11:12.

If you had contacted us to make us aware of delivery dates that were not acceptable we could have held the dispatch to a date where you would be available.

I am truly very sorry for the service experienced with the courier. As the service is a palletised service it is listed as a curb side delivery.

We will investigate this further with the courier in an effort to improve services moving forward.

Our Trustpilot emails are usually sent a week after customers have raised their order, your appears to have come through sooner.

I can see you raised your order 19/04 and was dispatched 20/04 and has been delivered today.
Looking at the courier tracking information it appears that there was a misroute in the courier network which sadly delayed your delivery passed our normal delivery window.

Please accept our sincerest apologies and we will raise this with our account manager to investigate this further in an effort to reduce this happening again.

Did not receive radiators 3 weeks…

Did not receive radiators 3 weeks later, still no refund. Terrible communication of 1 email a day from customer service, constantly being asked to wait, with no resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience.

I have looked into your order and I can see you raised your order 29/09, this was dispatched the next working day (30/04).

Sadly looking at the courier tracking, one item was damaged in transit and another item appears to have been lost/delayed within their network.

When the courier attempted to deliver an item, this was refused and as such the courier raised a return for all of the items. As items are missing, these have not been returned to us and as such no refund was raised.

When our customer service team agreed to refund you as the courier delays were taking an exceptional amount of time to return the goods, we were unable as you had already raised a chargeback request.

Our customer services team work on a contact SLA of 24 hours which is why you have received a response within 24 hours. While we do aim to reply quicker than this, unfortunately this is not always possible.

We will of course raise this with our courier to investigate thoroughly as to what happened in your example to try and stop instances like this from happen again.

P.SS.POOR CUSTOMER SERCICE AND RELATIONS

Had to resort to my partner buying a radiator for our home as they wouldnt deliver another one to me, brcause - 1, i left bathriom takeaway a bad review, and 2, 6 in No radiators delivered to me arrived all damaged so Bathroom Takeaway refused to sell.me another replacement as they cant guarentee an undamages package. Poor poor customer service. Please avoid!!

Only half the items arrived then had to…

Only half the items arrived then had to wait 2 more weeks for missing items. The basin was 10 years old and filthy. The date on the bottom was 2016.

I can confirm that your items were dispatched from us together, but unfortunately occasionally items get separated at the couriers depots and get delays.

In your specific case unfortunately your ceramic items were damaged in transit and it took a small amount of time for the couriers to investigate what had happened to your consignment.

As soon as we knew the items had not been lost we replaced the items as soon as possible.

Customer Services First Class Assistance

I can’t comment on the new radiators we purchased from Bathroom Takeaway, because they haven’t been installed yet, the 5 stars is for the positive experience with their Customer Service department. The order was delivered very quickly, within 2 days of placing the order on line. However, the vertical radiator was almost hanging out of its badly damaged box. Because of this, we returned the whole of our order and asked for new replacements to be sent. I phoned Customer Services and spoke to Charmaine.
And explained what had happened with our order. She was very helpful and friendly and told me the replacements would be sent out to us. The next time I contacted Customer Services was for a catch-up on what was happening and when we might expect it. On this occasion I spoke to Jack. Again Jack was extremely helpful and friendly and he advised me that our order was being delivered that very day! Just a short time later it arrived. I had a phone call later on that day from Jack, who just wanted to check that we had received our order and to check everything was acceptable to us. I’m hoping we will be just as pleased with our new radiators. First class service from Charmaine and Jack. They are a credit to the Bathroom Takeaway Company.

Horrible experience overall

Horrible experience overall. Customer experience is pathetic. I had to pay so much extra, plus the hassle, because of incorrect deliveries from Bathroom Takeaway. And on top of that, customer service questions me if I am making false claims. This was really disappointing and offending.

I would never buy from them again. They need to refund me now. I hope they have enough courtesy to do that.
