Fast delivery and item as described. 15years warranty also received but need to send it back to the seller postal address which is unknown as haven’t received any, such a shame.

This review is for customer experience, as I have only just had the radiators fitted so cannot comment on durability.

I was very impressed with this company and have ordered twice from them. Both orders were dispatched the same day, and arrived at the earliest end of the delivery estimate provided. Items were well packed and as described with no visual issues with radiator quality. I would definitely use this company again.

I visited the Minworth Showroom on Friday 25th Sept 2026. I was greeted by the very friendly and knowledgeable Nathan. We went through the project i am planning and we managed to cover all the items on the list. Very pleased with the overall cost, The ladies in the office were very helpful and professional too. Nicely packaged and quick delivery

I ordered a bath front panel. It was delivered very quickly, but arrived broken. You very kindly sent a replacement, which also arrived quickly, but also broken. After this I asked for a refund rather than try a third delivery. Your customer support was very kind and polite and responded very quickly. So your people were fantastic. The product not so.

My ladder bath towel rail was a replacement for a leaky old one, so when I tried to simply replace it all went well until I realised that the support brackets were 25mm longer than the existing. So after two hours or so sawing the new supports to the right size I eventually got there. A note to the affect that you may need to adjust the stand brackets to suite your existing would be helpful.
Having said that it’s a great replacement so 4 stars

Excellent quality products that look very expensive but a t a fraction of the price. Very quick delivery when i needed a shower tray the next day! Customer service was also very helpful when i needed to return an item. i would definitely use them again.

Delivery arrived on time.. driver was helpful bought everything in and placed upstairs where I asked... from picking to ordering and delivery everyone so helpful ... would highly recommend...
