Not worth the trouble
Was ordered on next business day delivery, came 2 days later, this meant the item was not needed anymore as arrived too late. When requesting a return, was sent a link with a QR code, no information as to which courier the code belonged too. I had to do my own investigating to find out who it was, as customer service was absolutely useless. I managed to send item, and emailed in regards to a refund, once i saw it had been delivered. I received a response saying that i had not started a return request and the i should do so. I then sent them the returns receipt and proof of delivery. They responded saying they had indeed received the item and i would receive my refund up to 30 days. Once refund was processed, i find out that they are taking postage off of my refund. So I would never recommend this company. Shocking customer services and the phone number is constantly engaged. 1 star given as cant give 0

Your order was placed on Saturday, 10th May. It was dispatched on the next business day (Monday 12th) and delivered the following business day (Tuesday 13th), in line with our advertised next-business-day delivery service.
Regarding your return, we’re sorry you found the QR code unclear. The courier information is included in the return email, and we’re glad you were able to locate it and complete the return. Many customers use this system without issue, but we’ll review the wording to ensure it’s even clearer going forward.
We’ve re-reviewed the market and can confirm that the price you paid was the most competitive available for this item at the time of purchase.
To keep our pricing as competitive as possible, we do not advertise or offer free returns. As outlined in our returns policy (available in multiple places across our website) we deduct the return postage cost from the refund. In your case, this was £3.58.
While we regret you had difficulty reaching us by phone, we can confirm that we responded promptly to your queries via both email and our website’s chat function. Our team works hard to support customers across all channels and always aims to reply as quickly as possible. We also regret that we were unavailable for contact yesterday due to the bank holiday.
We appreciate all feedback and are always working to improve. We’ve updated our terms to make it even clearer that we are not open to dispatch orders over the weekend. However, we do believe the service you received was in line with our advertised commitments.

difficult to communicate as usual with…
difficult to communicate as usual with companies nowadays , we was sent a fedex tracking number as they say it had been tried for delivery 3x , no missed delivery cards left and the tracking number supplied by them did not work, we requested a refund which will take 6 weeks apparently after they have fedex return it to them , maybe they delivering the money on foot ?

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery process.
We completely understand how disappointing it is when the handover of goods from the courier doesn’t go to plan. Unfortunately, once a parcel is in the hands of the courier, we have limited control over how it’s handled.
For clarity, your order was placed at 06:00 and dispatched by 13:00 the same day, on a next-day delivery service, exactly as advertised. Tracking details were provided as soon as they became available. While the delivery experience wasn’t ideal, the dispatch and turnaround on our side were in line with our service commitment.
The parcel was returned to us today, and your refund has already been processed. We’re only able to issue refunds once goods have been physically returned to us.
We always aim to do right by our customers, and if you feel the matter has now been resolved fairly, we’d really appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review to reflect that.
