Be careful!
Be careful - They will not accept returns after 14 days (even if unopened). This is no use at all if your plumber is delayed (in this case over Christmas) and you don’t start work and spot that the parts are incorrect in time. Yes I know its in the small print but in future I’ll keep to suppliers who I know are generally reasonable.

Thank you for your review, the whole team really appreciates your feedback, unfortunately, we were at the mercy of the manufacturers and we could only advise the lead time given to us by them, we did offer alternative solutions and kept you informed of the delays throughout.
If you require any assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I am a regular at Plumbing for Less, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality of their plumbing fittings is top-notch, ensuring that you get reliable products for your projects.
What impressed me the most was their delivery service—everything arrived on time without a hitch. Additionally, I appreciated their proactive communication. When one of the items I ordered was out of stock, they quickly reached out via email to keep me informed.
This level of customer service is rare and truly sets them apart from other suppliers.

Excellent communications
Excellent communications. I had a non-emergency job that I requested help with and the whole process of contacting the company in the first instance through to completion of the task was done in one day. Head office kept me informed of the engineer’s time of arrival and that he had been delayed at the previous job. When he arrived he completed the job efficiently and cheerfully within the hour. Definitely recommend this company.
