Purchased a shower tray
Purchased a shower tray. Unfortunately it had a cracked in but after notifying customer services, a replacement was sent without any dispute.

Took the order and money but didn't…
Took the order and money but didn't have the product in stock and couldn't get it so refunded me the money a few days later. They were one of two firms that did this to me. Couldn't recommend them on this basis.

Whilst we do stock an extensive range of products, we also rely on a number of suppliers for items that are not held in our warehouse. This can mean we do have to wait a certain amount of time for products however we always inform you as soon as we can to advise of this.

Outstanding Aftersales Support
Outstanding responsiveness from the team at Plumbing World, firstly from Maxine and subsequently Tanyka.
Having had an issue with an under guarantee radiator product my query was dealt with very efficiently providing feedback from the manufacturer quickly and positively. As a result a solution was provided in just a couple of days. Tanyka provided great support throughout. Great company to work with and will be my first choice for further purchases.

Top service!
Top service and the best price on the bathroom fittings I wanted - saving me a few hundred pounds. I had a few issues (not their fault) but Plumbing World were very helpful, Maxine and Tanyka in particular. It’s so refreshing to find a company whose staff give great customer service and take pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Purchased a shower enclosure and some…
Purchased a shower enclosure and some other items. My fault, but didn’t open the shower base until it was going to be fitted. Had a small indentation on the front face. Contacted plum world and sent photos and after a bit of tooing and froing they said they would change it, but not for a week. I couldn’t wait that long as I had a fitter booked.Eventually agreed to pay for a repair kit from screwfix (£31) which did the job ok. Good service but check for damage early!

I am very sorry that we were not able to arrange for a replacement within the required time frame, however I can see that the date given was the earliest we were physically due to be in your area. We must use our own fleet of vehicles to carry out product exchanges. That said, I am pleased that reimbursing the repair kit provided a suitable solution for you.

Brilliant experience ordering a shower tray
I ordered a shower tray which came promptly, which was delivered by a very helpful young man. I realised I had measured incorrectly, I contacted custom services (Tanyka) who helped every step of the way to purchase the correct size and return the other one. The same delivery driver picked up and dropped off my new one again as helpful and polite as before. So as well as being reasonable priced they bend over backward to give you a brilliant shopping experience.

Second to none on price and Customer Service
After being let down by a bathroom company, with some trepidation I thought I would try Plumbing World. The company should be renamed 'Different World'. I was plunged into a world of 'nothing is too much trouble', 'I will make sure you get exactly what you want'. Maxine and her colleagues provided all of the advice I needed to make a fairly complex project easy.
As a 77 year old with severe hip problems, I was force in to putting in an easy access shower as I can't step up anymore.
Thank heavens Plumbing World were there.
What a wonderful company, what amazing customer service, and what pride in doing an excellent job.
If I talk to any friends about a plumbing project I will direct them to Maxine at Plumbing World straight away.
