I placed an order on July 19, 2026. Today is August 11,2026, I have not even received a tracking number! I’ve sent many emails they keep saying they understand how frustrating I must be, but nothing else. They haven’t even shipped it yet. I paid extra to have it expedited??? WTH???

No problems with my plushie. I was extremely excited for getting the plushie. The plushie came in perfect condition. The quality of the plushie is so soft and loved the design. I did get updates of the location and times of where the plushie is at.

I got what I wanted in 1 piece and exactly when they said I would couldn't ask for more

I ordered 4 plushies. They did everything right and sent 4. My border and import tax control of my country only sent 1 further to my adress, starting a hazzle with proving that the package was incomplete and so on....
Plushiyo got informed by me, they just asked "Want the missing ones resent? We still have stock" I accepted and they did ;~; such lovelies over there. Good communication and customer service. Plushiyo! All day, every day!

For starters, the website is actually really easy to navigate, and it's actually very nice.Second the quality I got three meru's and all three of them are so pretty and so nice and how fast they all got here, thought it would take a little bit longer but it got sooner here than I expected.

While waiting for my package to arrive I was very anxious to get my Meru plush, but it didn’t disappoint! The packaging was perfect and secure and when I opened It, the order was well made! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!!!

I was hesitant at 1st to buy from Plushiyo as they looked like a pretty new company. However, after seeing their previous collabs with artists I already knew and my love for the crimson temptress, I gave in and pre-ordered a Meru plush.

Pre-order date was December 3rd and delivery date was April 18th. While waiting for a pre-order is never fun, the plush shipped out quickly with shipping details and tracking to boot once production was finished, and the product I received both met and exceeded my expectations! It's well made using quality materials and the end result matches the product page photos very well! And the price was also very fair for what I got!

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would feel comfortable purchasing from Plushiyo again in the future!
