TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! I used them to move a high-dollar recording studio across the country because I didn't trust our government movers (which would have been free for me but I wanted to ensure the studio was transported with 'white glove' attention. I was told it would take 10-14 days from pick up to delivery.
27 days later, it arrived at its destination. In addition, Plycon's 'White Glove Service' included dropping several pieces and causing damage. They were communicative during the shipment process however as soon as I noted that damage had occurred, it's almost impossible to get anyone to respond. I have been trying since July to resolve this damage and it's almost October. My assigned point of contact, Tina Burgess, only responds when I email the Director of Operations, Tom MacDonald and request assistance.
I've opened a BBB complaint and they are not responding to that either. I've moved many, many times - including overseas and back - and this is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.
