First time buying from this company.
I'd been watching a card listed on their website for around 3 months, and decided to finally buy the card, along with a few other items (since I'm paying for tracked shipping I may as well make use of it, right?). Fast forward and my item is dispatched, no problem... one day later I received an e-mail saying "some of your items had been refunded". Confused I check the e-mail and it's the one expensive card from my order (the other items were cheap and I could've easily found elsewhere but, like I said, I wanted to make use of the shipping, and wasn't spending the limit for free shipping).
I did e-mail and the the person who replied was helpful, but to find out they list items on multiple places urked me, and that I wasn't notified of the missing item until AFTER it was posted out, so I didn't have a say on whether I still wished to continue with the order.
I've been told changes will be made, but I suggest, if you see a singe card in stock, you contact them before making the order, to save disappointment.
I am also being refunded the shipping for the shipping, but I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

Order delivered quickly, the whole ordering process was quick and easy and my daughter is made up with her pokemon box

Overall, the experience was fine, but the identity check on purchase (because I wanted the delivery to my work place) was odd. Also, might I suggest you use Shop's additional anti-fraud features to do this. Sooner or later the ICO may review, and my opinion would be they would take issue with current methods.

Always a pleasure buying from this company, quick postage and very well packaged, always telling people about pokastore when I'm queuing up outside Smyth's and Costco.

Ordered a £499 mystery box, below are the contents and today’s market price, their website state they would match the purchase price but seem to be shorting customers by 10%

After asking on a few pages, it seems this is a common trend, I’d consider more reputable places. If anyone is interested, this is what I got for a £499 mystery box.

Amazing easy to use website, love there products constantly gettting mystery boxes at the moment and they have been so fun to open, fast delivery also, appreciate you guys and girls at Pokastore

I was ordering as a Christmas present for my son and contacted to make sure the packaging wouldn't give it away. Received very helpful comment and then my order arrived very quickly. I ordered a mystery box (which i havent opened) and a couple of cards but as I know nothing about pokemon, I don't know how good it is. I'm sure it's brilliant, judging by all the great comments and reviews and I'm certain my son will be very happy.
