It was easy to shop on pole active and the chat bot was helpful in giving me sizing charts for brands that don't display them. It might be helpful for pole active to ensure that sizing charts are displayed for all their products, as different brands have different size measurements.

The arrival of the polewear booty bottoms took longer than I expected.
The design of the high waisted booty wear was great. However the crotch is not lined and I find this unusual and kind of unhygienic if you are using these for pole.
The fabric seems nice and I would say the sizing is accurate.

Pole Active, above all, is owned by exceptional human beings and I am always happy to support this company. Aside from that, they carry such a wide variety of pole clothing. To find all of these options separately would be time consuming and cost quite a bit in shipping. Pole Active is my go to source when I have any sort of pole event coming up that I want to step up my outfit game for! The only thing I have been waiting on to order is my next set of knee pads, because they fly off the site insanely quick (I’m not the only one who loves Pole Active)! ♥️

I love how there is an option to shop be particular brand! The process to purchase was simple and easy, I appreciate the paypal payment option and seriously cannot wait for my new fit to arrive!!!

The shipping is fast and products are great! But the return process hasn't been that great.

When I used the return portal a few days ago on my computer, there was no option for store credit (though it should be available) and it asked me to upload a photo of the item. When I did that upload, it crashed my browser closed. I used the return portal on my phone instead and it offered me the option of store credit and didn't ask for a photo of the item. I received confirmation that my request went through.

After submitting the return request for store credit, it has to be approved by the staff before I can receive the shipping label. Last time, there was no response to my return request for a week, so I sent an email...no response... I resorted to Instagram DM's and finally got a response.

Once my item went back to their warehouse, the return is immediately processed and I receive my store credit asap.

I just submitted another return request the other day and I'm currently in that waiting period for staff approval - I hope it doesn't take as long as last time.

I love my items that I brought. They were the right size and it fits comfortably

I had a great experience with Pole Active! The site is easy to navigate, they have great sales, and the gift card I was given was easy to use. The only problem was choosing something from the many awesome items that they have in stock! I will definitely shop here again!
