I lost my much loved bad kitty shorts unexpectedly and needed new shorts for a show. And these arrived much quicker than anticipated and to my gratitude. The sizing recommendation in the description was accurate, so they fit great! Will shop again!

I appreciate the selection of pole brands and color options. I also appreciate the mail packaging that is compostable. I do wish size charts gave country sizes, even though measurements are given.

It was so hard to find the pole bottoms i wanted for my upcoming performance and poleactive is the only place that had them in stock! So happy they will arrive in time and are perfect.

I purchased the wrong size on my first order, and immediately contacted customer service. They were very quick and helpful. They helped me to cancel that order and then I placed another one. Shipping was quicker than I thought, and items that I purchased were of great quality.

I placed an order for Pleaser shoes on 12/30/22. On 1/4/23, I received an email saying the item was out of stock and offered store credit, exchange or refund. I immediately responded to the email on 1/4 and have yet to receive a follow up. I sent another email on 1/6 and have no response to that one either. Of course my card was immediately charged. This is just poor follow up.

Searching for the gift card was easy. It would have been nice is it was located maybe at the bottom or somewhere easier that’s used the search bar. It also nice when you can assign the email or phone number to the persons you want to send the card to…
