We started trading in our home town in Oswestry before expanding to 15 x stores spanning North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire & Staffordshire. We added our Call Centre to our portfolio in 2022, our customers wanted to opportunity to book or speak to us out of 'normal hours' we are now able to provide customer support 7 x days a week until 8pm at night during the week and 6pm on the weekends. As an independent travel company we have pleasure in sourcing the best possible price for our customers, we deal with over 300 tour operators meaning we can shop around on behalf of our customers. Being ABTA bonded and only offering customers ATOL protected holidays, we can ensure our customers have a trusted, financially protected holiday. We are proud to be a key booking agent for all major tour operators and as a result have prices which are better than most are able to access! Skiathos holiday
We went into Polka Dot and spoke to Heidi about a last minute trip to Greece. As we’d never been to Greece before, Heidi recommended Skiathos to us. We had an amazing holiday, hotel was perfect. We will definitely be visiting Polka Dot again for holidays.

Used Alicia at Polka dot travel (Lichfield) for a few trips and the last one being April 2026 to Amsterdam.
Quite simply Alicia picked the hotel for us to stay and organised the dates and flights etc.
Even with last minute changes Alicia, as normal just sorted it and everything went perfectly.
The hotel was amazing and the break away with friends was such fun and memories to treasure.

I’ve been looking to book a holiday for a little while and just didn’t know where to go. So we went in just on the off chance for help Britney was so helpful showed us lots of ideas and where she would recommend. (Side note we had the dog with us and they couldn’t have been more welcoming to him as well!) We decided to sleep on it and have a look in a few other areas, I spoke to Britney via email and asked if she could get us a deal on a hotel we had found in a different area, she was amazing, upgraded room too and managed to sort it all via phone. She even rang back with a further discount they had managed to get. So thank you!! Very much looking forward to it
