After a fantastic 7 day holiday we booked our 3rd holiday at the leek branch with emily, who was very helpful, patient and efficient. She knows the kind of places we like and what we want from a family holiday, nothing was too much trouble. Emily's commitment to going the extra mile to sure we booked the right holiday is always very impressive and is always done with great manner and punctuality.
I highly recommend booking your holidays with leek polka dot, always a happy and welcoming environment with exceptional professionalism and great customer service.
We wouldn't book with anyone else.

Went to polka dot Shrewsbury and Sarah the assistant manager was very helpful booking our P&O cruise. Her professionalism and desire for customer satisfaction made our experience most effective.

I went to Polka Dot Travel in Shrewsbury as I had heard good things and they had booked my last abroad holiday (albeit 10years ago!)

Sadly the lady who dealt with me (I didn’t get her name) was rude, told me I couldn’t expect to get anything within my budget and then told me they don’t fly with the airline I’d been using to price up online - I’m sure there was a good reason but she was so condescending, she looked at one website on her pc and said look - there’s nothing available in your budget, come back if you can spend more - it was awful, I left thinking I wouldn’t get a holiday. Thankfully the independent travel agent down the road was not rude, more caring and I have just come back from a lovely break - no thanks to Polka Dot. I shall never be attempting to use them again, awful experience.

Fantastic experience with PDT Shrewsbury.
Firstly, I began a conversation via their facebook messenger to request a price-beat which they responded to quickly & efficiently and as promised they beat the price! On further investigation, we decided this hotel was not for us so I called the branch and Olivia took my details along with my long list of requirements and actually put together that one of the hotels we were looking at had recently been visited by her colleague so she arranged a call back from her.
From there, Jess called me to talk about her experience at the hotel in question so I could decide if it was suitable for us and honestly there was no pushy sales talk, just straight honest opinion and advice and even suggesting other possible hotels that may be more to our liking... she even went out of her way to send us photos from her holiday experience just to give us a better insight which was exactly what we needed!
I ended up booking with Jess and she was super helpful finding us the best deal. Would highly recommend anyone to reach out to this branch to book your next holiday!

Saw an advert in the Longton branch window but did not have time to go in store so as soon as we arrived home I sent a message enquiring about the holiday that we were interested in. Within 15 minutes Erin had messaged us, phoned us and booked the holiday for us. So thanks again lovely ladies in the Longton branch

We have booked with Stafford Polka Dot before and always look at the great offers in the window. Today we saw our dream holiday and within an hour had it all booked. Maddy was really professional and helpful and explained all the itinerary and options really clearly, as well as sharing a bit of our excitement which makes all the difference. Excellent value for money and service!

What a brilliant travel agent and superb, friendly staff Polka Dot is. We’ve booked all our holidays with them and never been let down. They’ve beaten Jet 2 prices a couple of times and the holidays they’ve sold us have been 5 star! Highly recommend, excellent!

Whilst sat around the pool in Pefkos I contacted Maddy at the Stafford store and asked her to price up a holiday for 2026 for us. Maddy was great, found us exactly what we wanted, I transferred the deposit and this was booked, absolutely brilliant. We wouldn’t use any other travel agent. The holiday we are on now was all down to Maddy’s expert knowledge and she couldn’t have got it any more perfect for us! Thank you!!

Sarah in the Shrewsbury office, was able to answer all our questions, fully explained the choices, itinerary and agreed to contact the hotel to find out about additional tours. I received this information the next day.
She was not at all pushy but explained everything we needed to know and this persuaded us to go with Newmarket.
I have never used Polka Dot before but was very impressed and will definitely consider using them again.

Booked with the Leek Branch today and the booking process was seamless. So helpful booked with Emily wonderful customer service so quick to respond to any queries, can't fault them. Will definitely book again with them.

Myself and my husband went into Leek Branch very undecided where we wanted to go for a special anniversary. Izzy sorted us out in notime. She was brilliant..very knowledgeable,efficient and helpful. Great service.
