Spotted the holiday that I was interested in online with major holiday makers, messaged Polka Dot Travel in Longton (Stoke-on-Trent) via Facebook Messenger asking if they could better the deals seen online, messaged me back immediately with a very competitive deal, and booked the holiday the next working day. Spoke to Erin on the phone to confirm the booking details and pay the deposit (role on 12 months!!). Couldn't be happier with the first class service and really glad to have booked through Polka Dot Travel. Used Polka Dot following a glowing reference from a colleague.

I’ve successfully booked with Polka Dot 3 times now and had such great service. Staff are all pleasant and Alex who dealt with our holiday was quick, efficient and advised us on the best holiday. Would highly recommend Polka Dot for a very competitive price on holidays.

I was struggling to make a decision on where to book in Punta Cana, and seemed to be just going around in circles, so I decided to contact polkadot travel the leek branch, and got a really helpful lady called Isobel, nothing seemed too much trouble even when I kept asking for quotes on different resorts, she would send lots of different ones back for me to at. Would definitely recommend and would use them again to book with .

Saw a holiday in the window of the Leek branch and went in to ask more about it. Izzy dealt with us and was most professional and friendly. Excellent service, wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

First class service this morning from Olivia, I wanted to book for next year and Olivia got the hotel we wanted and more we got transfers, luggage and rooms next door to each other and All inclusive plus.

Extremely helpful and friendly service from Jessica at the Shrewsbury store when trying to book a magical Lapland trip! She looked into multiple options, gave advice and recommendations and was really thorough making the booking really easy! Highly recommend!

Looking for a last minute holiday. Ian was patient, helpful, knowledgeable on destinations and nothing was too much trouble.
Phoning through to Jet2 after issues on the system, arranging airport assistance and putting everything we needed together and printed off in a folder.
Peace of mind having face to face contact rather than a Internet booking, would highly recommend visiting Ian in Wrexham if you are looking to book.

Good experience, the ladies were generally friendly and after an initial uncertainty Olivia managed to get us what we were asking for.

First time booking a holiday with the Bangor branch. Was able to do most of it through messenger chat. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. She was so friendly and helpful explained all the options available and made sure I understood all the details. She recommended several hotels for us to choose from.
