I took out a life insurance policy online and realised I hadn't added critical illness cover. I requested a call to sort this and spoke with Joseph Purnell who was extremely helpful. Not only was he able to add on my critical illness cover, he also managed to save me money on my original life insurance policy which is always welcome. So far, I've found the customer service at Polly to be excellent.

Jake Phillips helped with our application for a new life insurance policy. He was absolutely brilliant, he was patient and explained the process making it so simple to complete. Tried to retrieve a quote online from this company but it is one of them “someone will be in touch” companies. Ever since (nearly two weeks ago) I have been HARASSED between 5-6 calls a day on alternative numbers and even when I block them or cut them off they still ring. Most desperate and annoying company I have ever experienced! I have told them I do not wish to take a policy out and then they just call on an alternative number 100 times!

Andrew phoned me to review my policies which I had for four years. He spent a lot of time explaining my options and what would work best for my circumstances. He was absolutely amazing and so genuine. I ended up with two new policies to suit me and my family. I cannot recommend Polly enough. I felt reassured and in control of my policies. I have also found Polly's approach far less aggressive than other insurance companies who have tried to call me back relentlessly - Polly tried and then emailed far more subtly. Highly recommend Scott and the company overall.
