Take your money then vanish ! Never to be heard of again
I have been asking for 11 days straight now : You took my money straight away where is my order ... no response to phone calls no response to emails no response to support tickets ... its scandalous that a company can continue to cheat people and leave them in trouble after having relied on their lies.
I have come across some pretty bad companies over the years but this one beats them all ... when you phone you get a recorded message saying : we wont answer ... incredible ... prospective buyers !! go elsewhere as you wont get your order.
In stock until you have placed your order
Before ordering I checked that there were a surplus of all the items I wished to order were in stock, hence I went ahead and ordered them. Did not hear anything for a month so chased them up, only to be told one of the parts was out of stock, this was not helpful as I could have ordered alternative parts which were also in stock.
Another month has passed by and I have chased them again, this time a different part is not in stock, so I challenged this and received a courteous reply say both parts out of stock, BUT I had to ask.
I would say that 1. Either their stock system sucks
2 They dont make up specific orders and await parts, they just rob parts from one order for another
3 They may have their own engineers that do repairs so rob the parts from ongoing orders.
They dont appear to have the stock, they dont keep you updated, but they do keep your payment.
I wish I had read other reviews before ordering
Ordered a chlorine basket online never received all communication ignored!
Ordered a chlorine basket online. Took money, never received confirmation email, never received item. Never responded to emails, when I called the answer machine says they only communicating via email! Avoid. Looks like I have hours of dealing with citizens advice bureau ahead of me ;-(.
*UPDATE - Never did hear back from them, money back through paypal. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Dreadfully bad. I’m sure they have no stock as there’s such a wait for items. I cancelled all the items I ordered and got them on next day with another company. Do yourself a favour and avoid
Great prices.... Horrible customer service
Purchased a new control board for a hot tub I was repairing. Don't get me wrong, the part is original and works perfect however I placed the order 5 weeks ago, it was listed as in stock. Waited a week and it never turned up, tried phoning but the automated message told me to email. I sent an email and was told that unfortunately the part was out of stock when I ordered it? More were due in the week after. Waited another 2 weeks and still no sign of it so emailed again to be told that the shipment that was supposed to come in hadn't arrived but more were due in again the following week. The delivery date passed and it eventually turned up 5 weeks after initially ordering.
Terrible customer service and they wouldn't have even bothered informing me of stock delay had I not got in touch

Avoid - Jets do not work and they jam in your hot tub
Purchased some spare jets for my hot tub. The item shown on website was a lot better quality to what I received. Put into my hot tub and the air was not coming out like on the old units. Due to poor quality I can't currently get the new ones out. Rang multiple times and sent e-mails and had no help back. Tried calling and told that the guy is currently not at his desk! Never calls back. I will now be contacting my credit card company to resolve. I would avoid using these people as you are not getting what they charge you for.
Obviously Dont Want Your Business Strange Carry On
firstly I placed an order online and the payment did not go through, it wasn't refused, the hour wheel just went round and round. I tried this 4 or 5 times with no luck. So Monday I called and spoke to a woman who was unable to take payment, she was however able to take my address my post code my telephone number, but for some reason, not my payment. Anyway good news she found my order, so now she had my details, they could contact me. She said the person I needed to speak to was just off the phone and I could be passed over to him. The phone rang and I was expecting to speak to someone who could take my order. But not so lucky. It went to answer phone. The message was, sorry but we are now closed. I left a message, with my phone number but they decided not to bother calling me back. Im sorry my business is not good enough for you> I will be contacting your CEO to ask him to remove me from your database Odd carry on. I cannot recommend this company

Disappointing Warranty/Customer Service
Returned a Spa Blower which was the 2nd in 11 months. A Balboa product. The first unit was returned was after 4 months, the 2nd unit lasted 7 months. When I emailed them to inform them that the second unit was defective, I could tell by their response that their may be problems.
Sure enough, I get the phonecall. I've opened the product up and there is some water near the pcb so not covered under warranty. The Blower is sited 10 feet from the hot tub in a plant room above the water level. The unit had been disconnected for 3 weeks before returning it. So had there been water in it surely it would have evaporated in that 3 weeks.
I've only got their word for it, no doubt if I'd opened up the unit it would have voided the warranty so they have you all ends up.

Have been a regular customer, and they fulfil orders correctly, if sometimes slowly. I've had cause to contact them several times regarding orders, but have not always received the support you would expect.
