Excellent customer service
I purchased one of Pool Pure's robot skimmers and despite a recent power issue the product was working great.
I contacted customer service at PP and Anna worked with me to resolve the issue. She provides excellent customer service and is quick to reply to messages. All in all I'm not judging PP harshly for the robot's problem as Anna and the PP team were great to work with.

I emailed Poolpure to request advice or suggestions for a skimmer that had stopped charging properly - more than 30 days after purchase and no longer within the return period. Anna responded promptly, providing helpful pictures and diagrams to try. After attempting repair, she provided an unexpected refund! Her emails were courteous, prompt and helpful. Very much appreciated.

We have used Poolpurefilter many times before, and have always had a backup filter on hand. We installed the backup filter purchased 6 months ago, but was defective. Customer service responded promptly, and sent me a new one.

I ordered the wrong size filter, got breast cancer and after months of fighting I am cured. I then realized, too late, I had 4 filters that were the wrong type. This company took care of the issue promptly and refunded in full! They have a heart and care about their customers!

I purchased a robotic vacuum cleaner for my pool from them and after some weeks of use, it stopped charging. I contacted the company and they were very kind and prompt to solve my problems, particularly Anna that was the person I was interacted with most of the time. In the end, after I provided all the graphical evidence, they made a full refund no questions asked. It is a shame the vacuum cleaner stop charging because I was satisfied with the way it worked and the easiness of cleaning it after each working round.
Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic! I had an issue with a robot pool skimmer product and reached out to the company directly, Anna, the person I corresponded with asked me to supply some info and a video so that their quality department could see the issue and after sending the video I was informed that they would be sending me a replacement product. Very happy since their skimmer is the best one I have tried!
