It was a mistake to order through this company that did not alert me. They had no supplies. It wasn’t until three months later that I got the product and then I had already bought another set.

Found my new favorite company
I was searching for a replacement filter for my pool due to soaring prices on pretty much everything. Obviously, all the big named stores popped up, but then I saw a poolpurefilter.com ad with a ridiculously lower price. I became suspicious, at first, because typically anything price so low is either a scam or a bait-and-switch.
I ordered the filter and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. The filter was delivered within a week. When I opened the package I immediately saw I had made a mistake. I hadn't verified the measurements. I contacted them immediately and explained my mistake.
Not only did they start the process of sending me the correct filter, they said "just keep the other one and give it to a relative or friend". Who does that this day and age?! It's 6 a.m. and my day is starting with such positivity. They have won me over. I'm not on social media so I'll be screenshotting their email and sending it to all my friends.
