Stephen, I am so sorry that you were not capable, or simply just ignorant, of reading our return policy that was clearly visible to you before purchasing the product. I am sorry that you only chose to consult a pool technician after the purchase was made and shipped instead of consulting one before purchasing the product. I was not rude to you as I tried to ask why would the pump not work with your pool equipment system, and you just claimed that the technician said it would not work and that he has already gotten a new one. When asked about which pump the technician got you, you did not know the make or model number of the pump; therefore, I was only left in telling you what the return policy is and continues to be for every person that chooses to purchase from us. I gave you the option to return the pump with the specific instructions emailed to you but you chose to go down a different path. You were the rude one when mentioned that you would take a "dump" on our website. So clearly, I was being the professional one in the conversation when you were being immature. It clearly sounds like you are just unable to accept that you purchased the product on your faulty judgement and were unable to read a return policy, which was not playing hide-in-seek with you. Also, you said that such return policies are "unheard" of in today's retail world. If you read the last email I sent you, you will read what the return policies from companies like BestPoolShop, ePoolSupply, PoolSupply4Less, PoolWarehouse, and InyoPools, which are all my competitors, are and highlight that each one of them charge a 20% restocking fee. Please do not tell lies in this day and age and just learn to accept the harsh reality that you purchased the wrong item on your behalf and that your "ideal" way of how a return should go did not and does not work as much as you expected, or expect, it to go.
