Hi my name is Spanky. I never get in trouble because the pad is big enough to do my job and not go off course( if you know what I mean.) My brothers Teko and Tako loved the pads too. But since they went to heaven it's just me and a box lasts a long time now. My mom never gets shook u p because when we are getting low she makes a call and the box is there like magic. That's when Mommy says this is what great customer service is all about!

Usually when you like a product...it's the product that dictates, however when the product is held up by wonderful Customer Service; it's a home run. I've been using PooPeePads for almost three years. Went from Puppy to all grown up altering the style/size. I live at the other end of the US from NJ and each time I order, I know I'm getting exactly what I need. No mistakes and always friendly service. I've even left voice messages and had a return call first thing Monday AM...now that's what I call incredible products and service. Thanks guys!

Thoroughly enjoy ordering in bulk from poopee I usually purchase the deluxe; occasionally you will get a less than absorbent bunch. I've emailed them about this however they couldn't find the email the order was placed from (I gave them three different ones to check so I'm a bit flummoxed as to why they couldn't find the order)
Ultimately I didn't get credited or compensated for recieving a less than stellar batch. This last order was the first order in over a year because that whole fiasco left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hopefully they have corrected the issue. So far the box I opened has been what you expect: absorbent.

This pads are excellent. We have 5 dogs and they used them and no licks or accidents.

This is an excellent product. We continue to purchase these as they work very well.

I contacted the company because my order had not been delivered. Joel responded within 24 hours and was very helpful. He made sure my order was correct and on it's way, I received it the next day. Great company and the product is always great!
