Thank you very much for your great review.
From the beginning, we explained to you that there was a problem with the carrier.

You ordered on September 27, your order left on September 27, the proof here: https://www.chronopost.fr/tracking-no-cms/suivi-page?listeNumerosLT=XT307711017TS&langue=fr

Your package arrived for delivery in Spain on September 29 in Barcelona. The day before, we see that the package was repackaged, it is even indicated on the Chronopost website.
On September 29, your package left Barcelona for the Getafe depot, and then nothing until October 15, the package was lost by the carrier as can happen.

In each email, you were told that they had opened a complaint, proof below, but that Chronopost and SEUR do not respond.
You requested a refund last week, but you were told, there is a search in progress, we are waiting for confirmation that the package is lost, because if we had refunded you as you requested again yesterday, you would not have bothered to go and get it 8 minutes later.

So your behavior is really not very correct, because in the end it is all our fault, but if we had proceeded with the refund, you would have had the package for free. That is why we said each time, a search is underway.

The missing product is confirmed by the repackaging of the package on 09/29/24, it was either lost or stolen from the carrier's warehouse. The refund of €2.19 has been made.

We understand that you are unhappy and we apologize again. We apologized in each email, but we did our utmost every day to ensure that the package was delivered.

That you are unhappy we understand it and we apologize again, in each email we apologized to you, but we did the maximum every day so that the package was delivered.

So your opinion is really abusive and totally wrong.
