I was skeptical of PopularChairs.com as opposed to the big box stores. The purchase price was fantastic (better than big box store sales) and the online ordering was a breeze. I stayed on top of the order due to my skepticism and continued to follow up on tracking. I ended up on the chat function and Yev was very responsive, to the point of even calling me to assure my order was on it's way. Oddly enough, the delivery van pulled up while we were on the phone! The package was in perfect condition, the chair assembled easily, it's beautiful, and very comfortable. 5 Stars to Yev and PopularChairs.com. I will look here first for any future purchases.
Oh how I wish there would have been reviews of this site other than the fact that it's just a legitimate business before I bought a chair on it... I bought a listed brand new Shaquille O'Neal premier collection Zephyrus chair from them in the box came retaped as if it had been open before... And when I opened up the taped packaging on the inside, every single one of the five wheels had wear on it proving that each one of these had been used before. I don't know what to do moving forward but I'm going to have to call up that site and hope that they reimburse me or something. I have lots of pictures. I have no trust in this company now since they list things as brand new. That obviously aren't, at least not in my case.
