On the beginning there was no issue, after 3-4 weeks, toilets were not cleaned regularly. I tried reaching for this company to solve this issue, but no one answered the phone for 2 days and now Im left with unserviced toilet for almost 2 weeks.
What is not disappointing, that they do look after their sales ledger and do remember about invoices being settled on time.

Overall a very positive experience. We have used PTH for many years for our community fete and they have always proved to be reliable. This year the toilets fell short of their usual standard and were disappointing but I understand that, as with so many industries, repair parts are in short supply.

I want to share my experience with Portable Toilet Hire London as it has been really frustrating.

In August 2020, a driver of this company caused an accident where my car was destroyed: while one of tracks was driving a portable toilet got detached, fell on the street and smashed my car, which was parked on the side of the street.

I called immediately the office and was reassured that their insurance would take care of this. Meanwhile I was left without car, and contacted my insurance to make them aware.

One week passed and nothing happened, so I had no choice but claiming the accident on my insurer to get things moving. My insurer informed me that, a full week after the accident, there was no trace of claim/accident report on the company's insurer side. I ended up loosing my car (it was declared, not surprisingly, a total loss). The depreciation was high because it was a new car, it was bought the year before (so I was not able to buy back a car with the same characteristics). I lost 400 pounds of excess I had to pay, and lost my no claim bonus, which ended up causing a big increase in my insurance policy. Also, in all of this, my wife was 37 weeks pregnant, and we ended up not to have a car when my son was born, which clearly added a lot of stress to an already tricky situation due to the pandemic.

My insurer told me that, if the third party accepted full liability, my previous status of no claim would be restored.. but guess what?.. We are in May 2021 and they have not yet accepted liability for this.

I called Becky and her colleagues in the office so many times I almost lost count, and at some point I stopped as the answer was always something like: "Our insurance company deal with all aspects of our vehicle claim and unfortunately it is out of my control the time that they take to deal with it."

That is just a very poor answer, since this was an accident which was clearly caused by them. Portable Toilet Hire London claims they could not nothing, but meanwhile I am paying the consequences of their negligence.

At some point I gave up even chasing this - I had wasted already so much time and energy, and it started getting almost unbelievable they were not accepting responsibility for such a situation. I lost money because of the Portable Toilet Hire London just by having left my car parked in a street where one of their tracks was passing. I understand that this was possibly an unlucky situation, but since I was damaged by this I would have expected a much different treatment.

I wanted to share as this is my view is not a great behaviour from the company.

Professional and friendly from start to finish. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly. Once a decision was made to hire with this company, the hire details were emailed and delivery was made the following day as agreed. Cleaning was done efficiently once a week as agreed, on the same day and approximately the same time. I could not fault them in any way and I will definitely be using them for future home improvement projects.

I would highly recommend Portable Toilet Hire London. I found them to be super efficient, friendly and responsive and they answered any queries quickly and clearly. The toilet was of good quality and they are reasonably priced. Overall very good service.

They harassing my company to settle someone else debt. Portable Toilet Hire London didn't check to who they selling their products! Mentioned person gave my DORMANT since 2019 company details and now they cause me problems. Completely unprofessional!
Avoid at all cost!!!!!

Toilet has not been cleaned once since 4 weeks on site, even that it has been pointed through the time. I would rather pay £10 more for the competitors and receive the service that should have been provided at first place.

Great guys to work with. Good product, service and prices.
