This company advertises a steamer that is compact but powerful. The steamers that I received were compact, but barely produced any steam, certainly not enough to steam even the most delicate fabric. When I reached out, they requested a video of the product. When I sent that, they said that it is what I ordered and offered me 10% of what I spent to make it better. They claim to have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee but they do not seem to honor it. Stay away!!

I still don't have the items I ordered. They are in transport. So delivery is long due to items being sent from China and I don't know if items are correct or work correctly since I dont have the product ordered them in June and nothing as of July 14

So far it seems to be going good.

I have not received my order and it is taking forever.

I received my order at the good time. I had 1 other order and never received it. It was an Irish sweater. It was never delivered to me, and it seemed to travel the world.

This company's ads are VERY misleading and false. The company does not honor its return policy and now I have to challenge the charge with my bank. Also, this is one of those companies that makes you take a picture of the outer packaging to talk about their $4 refund they offer because they assume most people throw that away immediately. Just a typical crap company.

I never received the order. Your tracking said that it arrived at our Post Office in Bridgton, Maine 04009. Unfortunately I deleted the tracking post. The post office tells me they can’t do anything without the tracking information.
Would you please send me a copy of the tracking information so the Post Office can see if they can find it.

Great service, well packaged, great product

Aside from the fact that the product took over a month to get here, the small steam iron did not look new or anything like what I saw on Facebook. To make matters worse, it didn't work. So I asked for a refund and all they offered was $8 "in compensation".

When I had an issue with the wrong address on my order they were quick to respond and fix the issue. I was pleased with the customer service

I ordered the glasses 4 weeks ago. They charged my credit card immediately. They said they delivered the glasses last Monday. They did not. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. They said they were shipped from Iceland, but I doubt it. Another typical chinese online company that has no problem in cheating the customers. I recommend no one buy from these online companies. If Amazon, Wayfair, Etsy or Costco don't have them, don't buy it. Scammers!!

I dislike it because I thought it was a steamer and larger.

I thought that the bags were sold by Native Americans. I was highly disappointed to learn they came from Italy. The Facebook add shows people sewing, giving the impression that it is Native Americans. Feel scammed. I have put a warning comment for others who may make the same mistake as me.

I love the purse. I just don’t understand why it came from Ireland when it is supposed to be made by native Americans.

Shipping took months to get wallet. No customer service to speak of. Product was cheap, flimsy and overpriced. Item was not as advertised. Would never recommend this company.

I ordered a wallet on March 28, 2026. It was a gift for my son for a trip. By April 21, he had left for his trip, wallet never arrived, I had to buy a wallet at another store for him. I still gave its more time. On May 13, 2026, I contacted Portrayi asking for a refund as I never received the wallet and no longer needed it and had to buy a different one. They ignored my request and sent a second wallet. That one still has not arrived and they are still refusing a refund. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

All good. As advertised, shipping took a while but I was updated every day. Delivered ok. Seems to be as ordered. This is a bolt checker, I guess as advertised. No studs to check nut sizes.

I am afraid they will get damaged easily
