An excellent PC. I’m really impressed how quick it starts and everything loads.
It looks smart on my desk.
My only thoughts are that it could really do with a small light on the front to indicate that the power is on.
The video camera pops out of the side of the screen. So when using Zoom for example, the audience sees me looking away from the screen and not at them. To look at the audience, I have to look to the left and am then not fully focused on what is happening on the screen.
Minor points, but that’s the purpose of a review

Super fast machine, boots up in the blink of an eye, nice graphics, order process simple, delivery on time. All in all, I’m extremely impressed.

My old desk top was really slow and I wanted an affordable and reliable a-i-o as a replacement. Found Portus online and so glad I did! Excellent service, prompt delivery and a great machine. What's not to like. Highly recommended.

I love my all in one computer but forgot, when I ordered it, to look to see if there was a CD player. I would also prefer the camera to be in the middle because on zoom, I now appear to be looking at people from the side.

everything about my experience with portus computers has been first class. i gave the specs to a company it man who confirmed that it actually had a higher spec than i needed so i went ahead and ordered it. it arrived 2 days later, was very easy to set up and get running. it far superior to my old computer, very fast and does indeed outweigh my current needs. my only gripe if you can actually call it a gripe was that i couldnt find the built in camera, it took my son about 15 mins to find it. well hidden but as i said not really a gripe. they even arranged to collect all the packaging it had been sent in. first class computer, first class service and a 1st class company, many thanks

Really straightforward. I sent an initial message via the Portus contact us form and heard back from someone really quickly.
I had some spec questions and options I wanted to discuss they were answered swiftly and I got the ideal spec for me easily.
Being able to return / recycle the packaging was a welcome bonus too. Brilliant all round.

From the first phone call when I asked for the details of the computer I was interested in, to the day it arrived on time, the experience was a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service and excellent computer.

Had a problem with dvd not.working on new desktop..however a quick phone call , collected, fixed and delivered back..and also extended the warranty..free!

Have had this PC for four months now and can honestly say that it's the best I've ever owned, also, the customer service is excellent. When it came to setting up, (a very simple and easy procedure) the micro USB stick containing the mouse/keyboard driver was missing. Called CS straight away and less than 24 hours later, a new keyboard and mouse (+ driver) arrived.
For the price, I couldn't find anything else that got remotely close to the spec. of this machine, let alone offering a three year warranty. Most impressive of all it's impressive features is the speed at which it operates whatever you're doing; still surprises me every time I use it.
I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a new all-in one PC, should check out Portus.

Purchased a PC last week. Power supply was incorrect and now unable to boot into windows. Emailed phoned and left messages but no reply. Shocking customer service!

Whilst researching computers on the internet to replace a defunct one. I came across a UK company, Portus Digital that provide a wide range of products from computers, tablets to smart phones and have their own workshops too.
I was impressed at the range and specs they had on show compared to the big names out there. The range was as impressive has were their prices which I considered, value for money. There is a helpful Chat line and phone line if you have queries regarding your choice of computer, where the sales manager (Aaron) is more than happy to oblige.
My eventual choice was the All-in-One 27” (AIO) an excellent spec to meet with my requirements. It was ordered and delivered within the five days, well packaged and they offered to collect the packaging too. Setup was easy and up and running in minutes, very fast and the screen showed up the graphics brilliantly.
After a short time I made a major blunder which completely malfunctioned the computer. So, the big question “What do I do Now.” I phoned the sales Manager to inquire whether he could offer help/advice on my issue. I couldn’t have hoped for more when he said “get in touch with our support team to see if they can help with the problem. After a couple of days Aaron emailed me to arrange for the computer to be sent back to their workshop to investigate the problem. It was returned to me in perfect working order again. Many thanks to the support team.

Their customer service is exemplary and second to none. Can’t give enough praise to the support staff, and they back their computers with a three year guarantee. If thinking of purchasing a computer then buy from this company you won’t be disappointed. Overall, first class service.

Ordered a new PC from this company until recently never new anything about them, Saw them on the web and very glad that I did the computer that I have brought so far is great as a 24" screen very fast pop up camera seems to have all that is needed only time will tell how things work out but so far very happy.
And they collected my old PC and packaging for recycling.
