First computer had problems. The after-sale service from Portus was unbelievably good. I mean really good. Second computer had a few minor problems but sorted by "turn the power off, then turn the power on" method. Easy to deal with company and always got a person, not an automated voice when I called. I recommend Portus and will use again.

Very happy with my purchase of the 10th generation all in one gaming PC, especially as I saved hundred of pounds during the summer sale.

The 27 inch screen for gaming is marvellous and I am fully satisfied with all the games that I have played so far.

The only niggle I would have is that the RTX 3050 graphics card seems to overheat sometimes in the current chassis of the 10th generation all in one PC.

However this was mainly prevalent during the summer heat wave, when temperatures rose to 36 degrees plus, which is understandable.

There were a few other times when the computer would shut down automatically because of excess heat, when I had a rather warm temperature in the computer room and when the PC was in turbo mode.

I believe the automatic shut down is a safety precaution, although this was a little frustrating until I realised I had to air the room a little better.

I believe future models will have a much bigger chassis to cope with this issue, so I will look out for those models in the future.

I have had my Portus now over 6 months and to be honest I have had no issues at all. Its fast to start up, no problems running any of my programs even if some of the stuff is over 15 years old (older versions of Photoshop) I run wifi from 3 floors below and it pick it up no problems.
I am very hapy with it.

I purchased the Portus 27” Curva AIO PC about a year ago. Used daily without any problems. An excellent product from an excellent company. Customer service is first rate.

I have been very impressed with my all-in-one PC purchased from Portus Digitial. The purchase process was swift and hassle free with fast response from customer service when required. My only reaosn for not giving 5 stars is the built in webcam which is fitted on the side rather than top of the PC - who thought that one up. I can see that the same fitting cannot be used because of space but providing a good quality webcam to sit in the most useful position would have been a better option.

I love my Portus all in one curved screen. I can't fault it. Only gripe was Portus keyboard and mouse I did phone Portus who sent me out free of charge a named set working great. Great company to buy from very competitive pricing. Totally happy

I had a number of questions before purchasing which the Portus team answered quickly and clearly. Finally settled on a Portus PD B03 which arrived promptly and well-packed.
Product was easy to set up and, so far, performance is excellent and at a price considerably below that of the big brands.
I particularly appreciate that the product does not come pre-loaded with unwanted trial software.
The only thing to be aware of is that, rather surprisingly, this desktop is not wifi-enabled though this is easily resolved with the addition of a wifi dongle.
Overall, very pleased with both the product and the service from Portus.

I was attracted to this PORTUS 27-SERIES-2 27 ALL IN ONE PC by it's specification and price. I have found it to be as good as I had hoped. Only minor criticism is the lack of documentation showing the smaller details, as I had to find out about the SD card reader and the sound output almost by accident!

This is my first All in One computer and a make I'd not heard of before. The unit arrived in a couple of days and was extremely well packaged. The assembly of the computer and stand is very straight forward. The quality of the computer is quite evident, and everything feels well-made and robust. I asked a question relating to the computer online and received a response within ten minutes. My first impressions of this company have been very positive, and I would recommend them.

As part of my research into buying the right desktop for my needs, I contacted Portus Digital on a few occasions by phone and email to get the information I needed. The response was always quick and helpful. On the one occasion when a call wasn't answered immediately, I received a call back in less than 10 minutes. The desktop is well spec'd for a great price and was delivered on Wednesday after placing the order on Monday. I can't find a bad word to say about the experience.

Bought a Portus Pro AIO-103 24 in late August. Although the machine was described as a CREFURB I was told that it would be a brand new machine and when it was delivered it was clear that it was. The price was very competitive for the specification and I was very pleased with my purchase. However I contacted Portus for some advice regarding transfer of files from my old computer to my new one. I was told to go to YouTube and find related videos - not the best customer support! To sum up very pleased with the purchase although it’s early days but customer support could be improved.

I bought my 27 Curved AIO from Portus Digital, and to be honest i’m very happy with the purchase, i was looking for a good AIO that had good components in it, after some weeks of scrolling through the internet i found Portus, i started talking to them online and asking them everything i wanted to know about the product, and i got help and all the answers i need, so i decidec to buy from them. I decided to buy the product and i am happy with it , the shipping was fast and and professional. The product is good and fast. The only down size is, i wish it came with a built in webcam. I know i can buy and external one but it would have been better with an incorporated one. But it the end it’s all good. And you get 3 years warranty which is much better than all retailers on the market.
Definetly recommed Portus Digital.

Great service and so far an excellent product. We ordered an all in one computer and apart from the usual email set up etc it was almost plug and play.

Desperately needed a new PC for my small business.
The one I had was taking too long when raising invoices and struggling when having multiple programs open at once. Found Portus digital quite far down on google.
Found a PC with latest generation processor, asked them to up the RAM to 32 (which really didn’t cost much) this PC is so fast, its brilliant. Defiantly will be using them again when need to replace other PCs in the office. the cost is a fraction of what the high street stores are.

Really happy with my desktop pc. Starts up and shuts down in the blink of an eye. Quick delivery and very helpful staff. I highly recommend this company.
