I was able to order a custom built PC which met my requirements perfectly. I placed my order on a Friday and the PC was delivered on the following Wednesday. Excellent quality and customer service as well as great value for money.

Great value computer from a UK builder. Delivery on time, works perfectly to the agreed spec.
Three year warranty makes for a good back up should anything happen. Good experience with this supplier.

I asked both by your chat line and sent an email asking you if delivery to me would not be likely to reach me by the Friday 28th to hold delivery until the week commencing the 7th November because as I explained there would be no one to accept delivery on the week commencing 31st October due to us being away that week. In spite of that you actually shipped shipped on the 28th without ordering a Saturday delivery so there was no way that we'd be in to accept delivery on Monday. The delivery people just left it in our porch on Monday and there it stayed in a totally insecure area for a week, fortunately we did find it on our return.
By the way the screen is fine, shame about the power brick not being UK specification but it works with the supplied adaptor.

Very good and reliable computer. Good support from the firm when upgraded to Windows 11.

The whole process from pre-order to delivery went without a hitch. Only needed 1 subsequent telephone help call which was rapidly dealt with. Similarly a faulty keyboard was replaced on a next day delivery.

Excellent service. When I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, they sent the key on return email. The computer is all and more I need and has been great for my music production. Very fast processor.

The spec was what I wanted at a sensible price.The reviews were very positive and a 3 year guarantee was included.
I bought my AIO 103 Direct from Portus and it arrived as promised, well packed and was up and running in less than 15 minutes. It is as good as expected and never missed a beat. I would recommend Portus as a company to deal with. Nice to see a British company doing what used to be the norm.

I bought this computer for my wife and she loves it, being an all in one it takes up little room, it is quiet and certainly ticks all the boxes for her. In fact when my old desktop pops it's clogs I will definitely be buying one for me from Portus. Excellent customer service and from order to delivery it was next to no time.

You get a lot for your money with a Portus PC and my budget was limited.

I found the support very friendly and quick.

Only complaints are that I find it very noisy (they took it back and tried to reduce it, but could not do it) and you can't use it as a second monitor which I had hoped to do.

Was VERY happy with my purchase from Portus. The package arrived when they said it would, the computer worked brilliantly and they even volunteered to take the packaging back for recycling (which I didn't take advantage of as I had another use for it). Couldn't fault them. Would highly recommend.
