Johanna got back to me promptly after my initial enquiry. She was friendly, warm, and clear about the process, and I felt comfortable and confident in how professional and knowledgeable she was. We agreed on the way forward together and on what materials she needed to see. She was clear about the cost, presenting options for me to consider. We then arranged a video call to give each other opportunities to ask questions. Johanna talked me through her report, which she amended based on our discussions and tailored it to my individual circumstances. She put me at ease and helped to normalise my experience, so I didn't feel like a "numpty" or had made huge mistakes. It all felt much more doable.
