I ordered 3 boxes, each one was to be a box for a gift, and so needed to look nice. Unfortunately the boxes were not packaged well, and arrived bent in several places. This made them unusable for the intended purpose, and therefore I would not purchase again unless I was local and could pick them up.

I went to collect the box I’d ordered on my way past Grantham last Friday. The team could not have been more helpful, fitting it together and then packing a valuable model of a ship, which I was nervously transporting, into it. Not only did they do this but loaded it into my car.
The box was brilliant and the ship model arrived safely at my destination.
2 men in particular went above and beyond to help me. Thank you both very much.

Very helpful advice given when purchasing, delivery time ok, product (a large custom size cardboard box) was basically ok but damaged in transit which, to be fair, is the courier's fault, not Postpack's. Damage was made good by me to avoid further delay and hassle.
