A high price for a sheet of cardboard
Having paid a total of £15.55 for a box and tape ( including delivery) I expected more than a flat packed piece of cardboard with no instructions of how to assemble the box. I expected a ready constructed box. I had it sent to my sister to package an item to send to me and we had great difficulty over the phone working out how to assemble it.
They price it by adding shipping and then adding tax. How they get shipping to £7.79 for a flat sheet of card is unbelievable! The price shown was misleading as tax was added later.

Good product but late delivery
Good product, but unfortunately the next day delivery I paid for didn't happen due to a logistical error. I raised this and was refunded the postage difference.

Great products, let down by service
Excellent products at great prices and I'm very happy with my purchase. However, I paid a premium for next day delivery but then received no communication on the delivery schedule - no tracking number and not even the name of the carrier. When the delivery didn't show up the next day as expected I contacted Postpack via the chat feature on their website and the friendly and efficient person answering my query found that the parcel had been sent to the wrong depot and would arrive later in the day. So my delivery was a day late which unfortunately meant that I couldn't use the packaging I ordered and I didn't get my money back for the premium postage, either.

Ordered a few different size boxes and bubble wrap. Delivered within the promised time. Well packed in a substantial amount of cardboard, which I've been able to repurpose as filler for the items I was boxing, for shipping. Will certainly look to using again.

I have never used Postpack before
I have never used Postpack before, came across them purely via an internet search and found that they were very competitive price wise. The ordering process was easy and straightforward and the goods were delivered very quickly and were well packaged. I really can't fault them at all and will definitely be using them in the future.
