Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who made me welcome and did not rush me. I was given an estimated time for the alterations to be completed but it was actually done within a far shorter time frame. When I collected my jewellery, I was delighted with the results, and they far exceeded my expectations. Once again , the staff were so friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Powells to others.

A gem of a jewellers
I left a few pieces of jewellery for repair.
The estimate came through very quickly and the work was completed in a few days.
Orla was very friendly and helpful, as was the other lady ( sorry I didn’t get her name) who I dealt with when I went to collect my jewellery.
I have used this jewellers on a few occasions and the service has always been excellent.
I will return.

Choosing wedding rings
Powells were very helpful and patient whilst we looked at some wedding bands. Offering advice on style and fit. They have some very beautiful rings and offer a great selection. They are knowledgeable about the product and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your choice.
