I really can't believe how bad this…
I really can't believe how bad this company is. I was quoted 200 for delivery then told it would be an extra 600 after I had paid. 1 item was damaged and another missing. I was told
There would be no refund as it was notified more than 24 hours after delivery and essentially accused of causing the damage myself. After several chase ups I was told the missing part would be re sent but it never turned up. After more chase ups I was sent a refund notice for the missing part but the refund never appeared. They then contacted me and said that they would refund the damaged item if I removed mu negative reviews. This never happened and no response to my emails up to now. I will be taking this further.

Great experience with Powerland
Great experience with Powerland. I had a last minute order and they got the battery delivered to site near Carlisle at short notice. Sam was particularly knowledgeable and helpful.
