Dreadful company. Avoid.
Started with a quote for to an offshore address. After paying in full I received an email saying it would be an extra £600 for delivery because of a mis calculation. An item was missing and another damaged. Was informed the damaged panel would not be replaced as we had not unpacked fully and reported within 24 hours of delivery. Definitely will not use again.

Excellent service and prices
Excellent service and prices. They even picked up on a mismatch with an item in my order that wouldn't be compatible with the rest of the items ordered and queried before processing, rather than just pushing through blindly. I'll certainly be using again :)

Items as described at good price
The items arrived very well packed in a box massively too big for contents. The items are exactly as described and at a very good price. I had to use a forwarding service to get item to Ireland so that might be something to consider as you use DHL and they would be able to deliver to Ireland.

Delivery information very poor
Delivery information very poor, when order was placed it was 1-2 working days but after this there was no more contact and it was not possible to track the order.
Most companies give more information about actual delivery.

Hi Mikey, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused here. We’d just like to clarify a few points regarding your order.
Unfortunately, there was a stock error with the Varta battery you originally ordered. Our system had 1 booked in, however when the warehouse went to pick your order it turned out we did not have this model in stock. Due to the bank holiday weekend, the team were unable to notify you until Tuesday, as your order was placed late last week.
To try and resolve this as quickly as possible, we offered a complimentary upgrade to a more premium Bosch battery at no additional cost. However, this was declined and a full refund was processed immediately.
We have also listened back to the phone call in question, and at no point did any member of staff state that the issue was your fault. We take customer service seriously and feel this statement is completely untrue.
We always aim to offer suitable alternatives wherever possible and sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
