Excellent service from the store, and our repairman Matt in particular. Phoned them this morning about our dishwasher not working properly, same day appointment and fixed for a very reasonable call out fee. Whenever we have an issue with an electrical item, we know we can always rely on PowerPoint to fix it.

I cannot thank PowerPoint store in Oakengates enough, when my washing machine broke beyond repair on a Sunday evening I went into the shop on Monday, the lady that served me was helpful and friendly in helping me to buy the new machine. They could see I was stressed and offered to deliver it within ‘minutes’ (they were just heading out with the afternoon deliveries and would make mine the first) Then the two delivery men were great, they installed it and took the old machine away and were so helpful and professional. This is the reason to use local businesses, the service is the best and the price was great too, Thank you

Great repair service, highly recommend
Great experience, rang on Wednesday as had an issue with my washing machine not working and they said they'd be here Friday morning. Received a call around 8.30 from the office to say he will be here before 10.30 and then another call from the Engineer Marc just after 9am to say he'd be here in 15 mins. I found that really helpful as you're not waiting around wondering what time they will be here. Marc was really friendly and very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes of arriving and at a really good price. He even put my washing machine back for me and offered to clean the floor where the feet had left some scuffs. I really can't recommend this company enough, extremely happy with the service I received from start to finish. Thank you PowerPoint & thank you Marc. Now I'm off to do 5 loads of washing 😊

Went powerpoint to find a new washing machine, they were very helpful and informative, we also bought a new fridge freezer. They were both delivered 2 days later and Gary was brilliant.
