Always a quick delivery which is always a positive

Took 6 days for the item to be picked off the shelf and another 4 for it to arrive, plus the only coms didn't cone without prompting .... poor!

Quick to reply to emails concerning orders and ETA on delivery.

Website is easy to navigate and customer service response is good. Delivery took a little longer than usual on my latest order which is why I have given a rating of 4, otherwise it would have been 5.

After looking in depth at different mortise devices I ordered one off Power Tools direct . It arrived on Wednesday 3.3.26 and looks good . Sadly I was unable to buy in a hardware shop or shop selling tool attachments .

Don’t agree with handling charge and the way you charged for delivery.

Two weeks down the line and I'm still waiting for what I purchased to be delivered!

Awful service, still waiting for my order to be delivered two weeks after originally placing it, no response from the company when i have tried to call them by telephone, (on several occasions), nor any communication from them in respect of why my order still has not been delivered two weeks after placing it.
Given the above, I will not be using power tools direct for fixing requirements in the future.Also, had I known that PTDs telephone service was basically an answer phone service, there is no way that I would have used them, a company which shows obvious contempt for its customers by not providing a telephone service is certainly not a company to do business with.
I will continue to use 'Ironmongery Direct' and 'Fixing Guns' for my fixings supplies.
