I love the integration of the calendar and note keeping with the time-keeping so that I can quickly turn events and notes into time entries without retyping the same information. I also love being able to create attractive invoices with minimal effort, along with the integration with LawPay to quickly send invoices that clients are willing to pay and can pay with minimal effort. I cannot recommend PracticePanther enough.

I am a new attorney and opened my firm from day one using PracticePanther. The software is simple and easy to navigate. The program keeps me organized, on-task, and I never miss a deadline. My clients can log into the client portal, exchange emails/documents, and pay my invoice from anywhere. The support staff is quick, friendly, and takes the time to walk you through every step. Not to mention, the price is very affordable and you can lock-in your rate. I highly recommend PracticePanther!

My prior practice management software reached "end of life" so I began the tedious process of evaluating and comparing various management software. PracticePanther has all the functionality of the high-priced players with the pricing and support of a boutique. The software is intuitive and engineered for the end user. The start-up time is quick and the learning curve is short. Don't spend your valuable billing time searching for management software. PracticePanther is it!

The program is easy to use. I love that the app on my phone is as easy to use as the full website on my computer. I love that the program easily syncs with other programs including DropBox and PayPal. The support is wonderful. Invoicing is a breeze. Clients like the client portals. It is really affordable. I highly recommend Practice Panther.

Before PracticePanther, our firm used QuickBooks and Excel. PracticePanther has helped our firm better organize timekeeping, billing, and reporting. So far, Practice Panther has also made the client intake process more seamless.

Before adopting Practice Panther, we were using a generic project management system called Projecturf. That system is slightly simpler than PracticePanther; however, that simplicity brings with it deficiencies in some of the added benefits PracticePanther offers. The major deficiency is that Projecturf is not specifically designed as a practice management system for law firms. There were a number of workarounds possible to make Projecturf serviceable, but that was never going to be adequate in the longer term.

Our favourite aspect of PracticePanther is the granularity with which we can control information about our clients and prospects. This was not possible under our previous system.

Before Practice Panther, I was extremely disorganized and didn’t have a central hub with all my information at my finger tips. Now I am more efficient than ever! The reminder system works fantastically and having both you and a client receive a text on your phone before a hearing is worth it’s weight in gold.

Our favorite thing about PracticePanther is the tech support. Any and all questions and concerns are immediately addressed.

Before Practice Panther, we used different tracking spreadsheets to coordinate the various aspects of our law practice, and these spreadsheets did not link together. It was effective but not efficient and did not have any client interface. The information was all there, but it was laborious to access and update.

My favorite feature in PracticePanther is absolutely the Client Portal! The ability to have – with just their pertinent information so easily accessible – the integration of the necessary Client components in a sleek presentation is a huge improvement and adds to our ability to meet Client expectations about prompt notification, effortless payment acceptance, and secure document transferring. PracticePanther has an elegance of design and ease of use that we have found to be unmatched in other competing client management software packages.

I have been practicing for 15 years in various capacities and partnerships. I recently realized that my practice was very old school. I was still implementing management strategies that I learned when I first started. I chose to leave the firm that I help build and start over. The goal is to rely on what I have learned over the past 15 years to create something new and modern. Absorbing what has been useful, discarding what has not, and adding what is uniquely mine. A better experience for both the client and the attorney.
