THESE GUYS SUCK! Paid fort a "used sex toy" envelope to ship on August 6. 21 days later it's STILL not even shipped. It's an ENVELOPE dammit! How hard would it be to put an actual postage stamp/sticker on it and drop it into a mailbox? I have an online business and somehow manage to ship all orders within 24 hours, even though my orders require many more steps than this does. CLOWNS, and not in a good way.

Although requested, singing card did not activated upon arrival. Completely missing the point. However, upon further inspection, it turns out the card simply does not work.

Expensive cards that do not work.

I placed an order and inadvertently hit "enter" while filling out the address, which completed the order. Within two minutes, I sent them an email with the order number and explanation of the issue. I received a response 3 days later stating they are unable to do anything, due to shipment of the items occurring within 3 hours.

This company allowed a vulgar and harassing message to be sent to me with a glitter bomb. I’m currently in a situation with my safety so I asked for at least a first name. They ignored me for over 24 hours, lied about returning an email and I’m now filing complaints with the attorney general in NJ and CA. This company will allow people to threaten, harass, humiliate and ruin people’s place of employment. SHUT THEM DOWN! SCUMBAGS.

I placed my order on January 30th and it is March 2nd AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! I contacted both Pranks Anonymous and the deliver service and they were not helpful in the slightest. I contacted Pranks anonymous customer service and explained that I wanted a refund for the delivery charges, as they did not meet their deadline of delivery in 5-10 business days, and they offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase. WHY WOULD I WANT TO ORDER AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. I explained this and they offered nothing in return. I also contacted Orange DS Shipping and explained the same, they said they would look into it and contact me and it has been TWO WEEKS! So SO unimpressed with this business, their customer service, and choice of shipping. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I run medical clinics in Nashville and Pranks Anonymous sent a chocolate penis to my work that says "Eat a Dick." My code that I enter to see the sender's message doesn't work so I contacted customer service. They will not let me see the message. This is not a funny prank. It's disgusting, mean and borders on sexual harassment. Interestingly, the product I was sent is not shown on their website. Their FAQ states: We allow for personal messages to be attached to several of our pranks. Notes containing hate, harassment, threats, accusations, or foul language are not tolerated. Clearly, this is not true or they would show me the message. Interesting ethics with this company.

When placing my order, the site said orders items ship Express the SAME DAY. I ordered on a Friday evening, so I fully expected it to ship on Monday. My friend's 50th birthday was that Wednesday, so it would have been perfect. I checked tracking that Wednesday morning, and it hadn't even shipped AT ALL! I reached out to PranksAnonymous and after several emails back and forth - it finally shipped that Friday (a full week after I ordered) and arrived the following Monday (five days AFTER his birthday and 10 days after I ordered). Hugely disappointed.

Hardly any glitter and I paid for extra, used the wrong glitter, and it was a dud. Equivalent to those dollar store little poppers. Customer service was horrible too
