Order never arrived and link on website to cancel and refund does not work.

Placed an order and received an order confirmation email. Never received a tracking number. Product was never shipped. Submitted several requests for an order status through their "Contact Us" page with no reply. This may have been a reputable company, but I read that they were hit with several lawsuits by their glitter bomb victims. It seems they are no longer shipping product, but continue to take orders. Do not place an order, it won't ship.

They never confirmed my order, never notified me whether it shipped, never responded to my request for a status report. Seems like a scam.

Never Received Order or any communication from seller

If I could give them NEGATIVE STARS I would. I have yet to receive my order 3 weeks later after they boast 2 day shipping. I've emailed several times requesting a refund and get no answer, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Got injured when a glitter bomb exploded when I opened it. Scary stuff.

I should have checked these reviews before ordering. From the moment my order was placed, I tried messaging them on every email address they provided. They have no phone numbers listed. The links they provide do not work. After the 4th email with zero response, I decided to search for some information regarding their reputation & legitimacy. And it seems I’ve been scammed like so many others.
They even put a "disclaimer" in their FAQ section, stating that USPS "often does not scan packages", which is why you'll never see any shipping updates further than "shipping label created". This is entirely untrue. They are banking on the fact that many of us will never be able to know for sure if the prank was received or not.

I ordered a T-shirt on July 1, 2024 as of today July 16, 2024 it still has not arrived. Tracking doesn’t show that it shipped and no responses to email. Steer far and clear away from this scam business

Took my money and will never return emails as the product was not delivered.

I have sent customer support 2 emails. My package was never delivered. Still says waiting in transit since June 6th. Today is August 20th. Ruin Days is a scam.....

Never received my package nor did i get a refund after canceling my order. Worst company.. i have sent several messages and no one has responded back

Item never delivered. Reached out to company for support and got no responses or refund.

Buyer Beware! Recipient never received package. After checking tracking there was a shipping label created, but it never went any further. I contacted them numerous times on their website and by email and no one ever responded. Waste of money, and time. Don’t waste your money on this crooked company.

Never received package. I really wish I saw these before I wasted money. 😕 I contacted them 4 different times, on different platforms, trying to reach out and they never responded. There is absolutely no way to get into contact with anybody once they have your money. Please don’t waste your money.

I made 2 separate orders in January 2021. By march 2021 they still had not showed up at either address. I emailed support. No reply. Now another month has gone by, no deliveries from them, and no reply.
I know I am receiving mail just fine from the USA, and much farther (international) shippers. Odd how 2 different orders to 2 different addresses magically went missing? And so did their customer service apparently.
