Terrific service. When DPD 'delayed' our parcel which was needed for a stage event, Darren arranged for an urgent order to be sent next day delivery. Typically both parcels then arrived on the same... Toon meer

Antwoord van Prebeat
Hey Sue - thanks for the detailed review and sorry you have had a negative experience. We are a little confused though - we have no email and I can see you ordered on 31st October with an ETA of 5th November, but we actually shipped on the same day you ordered with DPD - and I can see it was delivered early on 1st November (the very next working day). If you have any issues or we can help change the review back to 5 stars please contact our team. We are only a small business so the reviews are really important to us.
