Terrific service. When DPD 'delayed' our parcel which was needed for a stage event, Darren arranged for an urgent order to be sent next day delivery. Typically both parcels then arrived on the same... Toon meer

In reply to your kind and sarcastic reply
“A cheap shot” and sarcastic, remarking on my review, which yes I did write on Xmas day, due to my sons main Xmas present having damage to the internal packaging, which I will state again “has obviously been opened and either unpacked, used and returned or a display model. You stated in your reply that the product was in perfect order, how do you know this was the case?? Did you look inside the package? If so did you not notice the internal packaging damage?? And if you did, were you not bothered??
I know how businesses work, and yours is one I won’t be using again.
And yes I did have a nice Christmas, hope you did too

Good product and prompt delivery.
Purchased the Accu-case AC120 padded bag in which to store/transport my Victory Deputy amp head. Amp fits in the bag perfectly, with enough space to accommodate the foot switch and cables. Easy, no hassle ordering experience and prompt delivery.

Can't beat Prebeat
Of every purchase made from Prebeat I have only had one issue and this was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction.
Other than that the products I have purchased were competitively priced, delivered within the specified time and just as expected.
Prebeat also currently offer a discount following reviews, which helps towards purchasing other products.

Thanks for the review Paul, although the team are really upset you could only leave 3 stars. Just checking and you have not contacted us about this at all so we could help resolve the problem. if you have resolved it yourself is there any chance of 5 stars which really helps us - or if you need help drop us an email, we are around all over Christmas.
