Prebeat Reviews

Incorrect product was supplied by a third party. No fault of the team at Prebeat, but they went out of their way to provide additional kit at their expense to avoid any inconvenience to me. Great service all round and excellent communication throughout.

Good selection of speakers and equipment at decent prices

Great price, good service and the product does everything I expected.
When everything goes to plan it is much harder to find words!

Great company, easy to order and next day delivery as promised. Will use them again for sure

First time purchase and I’m more than satisfied. My items were surprisingly very good quality for the low price I paid. The delivery was fast too.
Top marks!!

I needed some advice before choosing product, quick and helpful reply.

And great service and product.

I will be completely honest! I returned an item in the same condition as it arrived apart from the bag, it was the same bag but had been opened. I received a ‘partial refund’ Why? It cost £4.85 to return the item and with the cost of delivery I lost the best part of £10. I ordered the wrong item (my fault) but with a full refund I intended to order the correct one. I ordered instead from a different company with no delivery charges. I will not recommend Prebeat.

Sold me a b stock speaker £645 (l paid for a new one)then l later spotted them on eBay b- stock £60 cheaper, when questioned, they denied it was b -stock, my box had been opened, broken box, broken packaging, despite sending photos, l even have an email from them saying they opened the box to check the speaker and taped it up, they deny it but it’s on their email, staples had been removed twice, they then blamed Dpd who took it to an house a mile away, took 5 days delivery, the speaker seems fine in all fairness but how l do I know it’s been used/returned, should have sent it back, would have cost £30 + with insurance, they only give 14 days, the others are 30days, they will deny it, this is the last thing l wanted to do but I’m not happy with that firm, lm sticking to the others when l buy again.

Smooth order, and the goods arrived next day as requested. No dramas = 👍

Due to a last minute gig booking I needed a case for my new Denon DJ SC Live 4 fast. Prebeat was the only company that had availability for next day delivery. I called sales late in the afternoon doubtful I could get my case fast enough. The guy at Prebeat was brilliant. He sorted my order over the phone, issued an invoice by email in minutes and shipped within 20 minutes using DPD next day with the tracking emailed too. To my surprise the next day courier cost was also included in the case price. The Protekt case I bought was a perfect choice arriving 12.30 pm the following day, and as a profesional full time DJ Prebeat is now one of my top companies to deal with. Many Thanks.
