He was clear with everything he was doing and we was always in the loop with what was going on. He goes above and beyond more than you could imagine! I am a single mom, not a great credit score and desperate to get into a catchment for secondary school for my eldest daughter. I didnt think I could achieve it.
Neale and Sarah went above and beyond, exploring every avenue to get me a mortgage.
Not only did they put in so many hours of graft, it was the little touches that to me puts them far above any other company out there. I was genuinely made to feel that no questions was stupid, and I had lots! I ALWAYS got an email reply, even if it was an out of office or an acknowledgement that my latest query was recieved but would take x amount of time to resolve. This made such a difference to my anxiety and the whole experience.
