Although my deal was facilitated via CF services, I feel Precise mortgages were able to understand my requirements and I experienced no difficulties throughout.
I must admire one individual from Clifton Dylan humphreys who was excellent in all aspects of my application, from start till completion and then follow up after exchange. I must say 5 star service overall

Im going to give this company 1 star…
Im going to give this company 1 star reviews until they investigate why they are still working with JMW solicitors. That firm has over 1/4 of its reviews as 1 star and Precise mortgages are choosing to work with them so they need tarring with the same brush.
That firm are delibarately not working on my file to delay things because ive complained about them, so its time that Precise review their relationship with those people there. I will adjust this review once i am sure this is looked at properly
