I cannot recommend Bluestone Mortgages enough.

Our case was far from simple; Right to Buy, self-employed, and I had a really poor credit history. Every other lender we approached seemed to find our situation 'too complicated' or 'too much work' and they simply weren't interested.

Bluestone Mortgages was the complete opposite. They didn't shy away from the complexity; they actually rolled up their sleeves and put in the effort to understand our circumstances.

Against all the odds, they secured our mortgage with an interest rate that was much better than we expected.

If you feel like a 'difficult' case that the high street banks and lenders are ignoring, this is the lender you need. They turned a stressful 'no' into a life-changing 'yes'. Definitely a lender that actually puts in the effort for complex cases, when others can't be bothered to listen!

Gave me a real chance of starting over after the worst 10 years of my life. Can't thank them enough!

Very good service

I cannot rate Bluestone Mortgages highly enough. We applied for a remortgage via Haysto Mortgage Broker (another excellent company) because we had poor credit ratings due to past issues that were caused by no fault of our own. High Street mortgage lenders would not even consider us for a remortgage, even though we owned our property outright, due to poor credit scores. However, Bluestone, rather than the usual ‘computer says no’, considered our case on its individual merits and took various factors into account rather than just using a ‘tick box’ list. Even when an issue arose that would have caused other mortgage lenders to discard our application, Bluestone worked with us and Haysto to find a way around the problem. The interest rate is slightly higher than it would be for a remortgage from a high-street lender, and there is a fee as well, but that is understandable as people with low credit scores are obviously higher risk for a lender. Additionally, Bluestone had to work harder as they had to consider various factors in order to weigh up the risk, rather than taking the easier option of just saying no. They came up with an offer that is easily affordable and has put an end to our previous financial concerns. We would highly recommend Bluestone to anyone who is unable to secure a mortgage from a high-street lender for whatever reason. It is so refreshing (and unfortunately quite rare these days) to find a company that treats each customer as an individual and will go the extra mile to provide an excellent service.

Been waiting 14 weeks after a very stressful wait been told by broker today have issues with some of the documentation!!!!
Been sending documents daily everything but a blood sample.
Don’t waste your time no wonder you don’t pay for a valuation !!!!

Avoid Using This Company for Your Mortgage
I strongly advise against using this company for your mortgage. My experience with them was frustrating, costly, and time-consuming. Over several months, they repeatedly requested the same information and showed a clear lack of organization and professionalism.

At one point, they even arranged and charged me for a property valuation, only for my mortgage to ultimately be declined for a trivial reason something that could have been identified before the valuation. It felt as though the valuation was pushed through unnecessarily, possibly to secure a commission at my expense.
Buying property is inherently stressful, but working with this company only added unnecessary complications, delays, and costs.

Do yourself a favor: save your time, money, and stress. Seek out a reputable and professional mortgage provider. After switching to another firm, I successfully secured my mortgage and purchased my property without the issues I faced with this company.

Smooth transfer

Product and service fine, just dont like how i can not submit documents until everyone asked for is uploaded, it slowed down the process and spoilt the client experience

Kasia and kyala were amazing. I received the best support. They catered for my needs being dyslexic. Kasia made sure I had insurance/ protection for my mortgage and explained anything I did not understand
