We have used Jamie on two separate occasions to survey potential new homes, and on both occasions, we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He conducted each survey with great care and provided us with clear, appropriate advice tailored to our situation.

Jamie was always readily available to speak with us and answer any questions we had—nothing was ever too much trouble. His approachable manner and expertise gave us great confidence throughout the process.

Jamie did a level 3 survey on a 150 year old cottage that we was purchasing. The report was above and beyond expected, so much detail including advise on how to rectify issues and lots of photos to help explain each section of the findings. Would definitely use again and 100% recommend. Lovely people, honest and friendly service.

I have had two surveys carried out by PS and on both occasions found them to be extremely professional with excellent communication from beginning to end. After receiving the report Matt called to see if I had any questions. An issue with the drains was flagged and thanks to Matt I now know the next steps to take to get it sorted. Jamie was so helpful with our house survey. We received a call from Jamie before our report to explain what will be sent over. The report was in a lot of details and definitely worth getting. Jamie also followed up with a call asking if we had any questions etc which was very helpful

I had my report done by Matt and honestly can’t recommend enough! Matt was very thorough with his investigation which is important especially when purchasing a home for the first time. He was able to give me reassurance where it was needed and made me aware of possible risks which will help me make an informative final decision on the purchase of the house. This is my second time using Precise Surveyors and Matt has completed both survey’s for me.
Initially I received a quote for a Level 2 RICS survey but the next day was notified by the management team that due to the location of the property I wanted surveying, they could not assist me due to the property being out of area.
I did query this due to the fact I had previously had a survey completed by Matt and the property I needed surveying was no more than 800yards away from the previous property. Based on the fact I was a returning client Precise assured me they would be happy to go ahead with the survey and apologised for cancelling the quotation I had received.
Matt is such a down to earth gent, very easy to converse with, professional and knowledgeable in his field but talks to you on a human level. The report is produced without delay, Matt gives you a few days to read through and process the report before calling you to check in. I have found Matt happy to go through any aspect of the report with you in more detail, he explains things and offers practical advice. His customer service is 10/10!
As a first time buyer it’s a minefield. I would highly recommend the company and Matt to anyone looking for a high quality service!!

We had a recent house survey done by Jamie and the service we received was excellent from speaking to Kerry in the first instance to speaking to Jamie after the Report was completed.
Jamie explained everything in detail complete with advice on what to do about a few issues which he found. I Would recommend Jamie to anyone who wants an house survey

Only had a level 2 surveyor report as we are moving into a house only 8 years old, so did not think a level 3 was necessary. After the appointment was completed we had the report back next day and was very clear and very thorough.

James was also very happy to answer any questions we had regarding the report.

Fantastic company and people and if we were to ever move again in the future would be using these guys for the surveyor report.

A very thorough survey and worth every penny. The Director, Jamie, even called me a few days after without being prompted to go through the main points, along with some practical advice to some questions I had. A great local company (that have good local knowledge) that I highly recommend!

Best money I've ever spent. We fell in love with what we thought was our dream home and I was actually back and forth whether to have a survey done or not..... even though everything looked fine to me with the house, Matt and his team uncovered things that I couldn't see that would of cost me upwards of £250k in the near future. Matt and his team are professional, informative, prompt and honest in their findings. Having a young family we decided not to move forwards with the house in the end, even after the vendor reduced his price by £200k after the findings of the survey.
