We are currently looking into purchasing the home we are renting. After much research, we decided to employ Precise Surveyors to survey the house. It was the right decision! The team is fantastic, from Kerry who handled booking our appointment, to Matt who carried the survey in the property.
Matt got in touch with us a week before the survey to enquire whether there were any areas that we wanted him to focus. That shows great care and customer service! On the day, he was super informative and kind. The report was available 48 hours later and it was very through and easy to understand, covering everything we needed to know. He followed up on the report with a phone call to ensure we understood everything in the document.

Our surveyor Matt was phenomenal from start to finish! It was easy to book. Matt contacted us before the survey to see if there was anything specific we wanted focus on. He then conducted the survey, he couldn't get access to the loft so he offered to return 2 days later. Matt called me the same day of the survey as he knew I was anxious due to a previous sale falling through to reassure me and let me know what to expect on the report. Matts report was thorough and explained everything. We had the report the same day the loft was checked and Matt called a couple of days later to talk through it in detail. I honestly couldn't fault anything about our experience! Our survey was quick, informative and easy to understand! Thank you Matt! 😊

Jamie, the surveyor made a note of particular concerns with the property prior to the survey and was available to discuss the report afterwards too. A great service overall.

Had a really great positive experience. We had never had a surveyor before (we wasn't advised correctly when brought first house). As soon as phoned to book I was polite greeted and everything was explained to me on the phone how it worked etc. Good communication throughout up to date information when survey scheduled and completed. When had the completed form it blew my mind so I sent a message online asking if the surveyor could contact and explain. Within 10 minutes I had a phone call and everything was explained in detail also had a follow up call 3 days later.

From the moment I made the call to Precise Surveyors I knew I had made the right choice. Kerry is very friendly and polite and explained the process and how it works brilliantly. Jamie surveyed the property and the photos he provided along with the descriptions and advice were excellent. The follow up emails and the phone call to talk through the survey in even more detail with Jamie was also excellent. They also have a way to check the process of how things are proceeding with a step by step visualisation upon logging into your account. Jamie T carried out our homebuyers survey on a property that we're purchasing. The survey report provided far greater information than what I expected based on other example survey reports that I had looked at before deciding to engage with Precise Surveyors. Photos were included in each of the sections to assist in articulating the information being provided, there was even aerial photos of the roof and chimney. Jamie followed up his appointment with a phonecall to discuss points raised and offered advice where applicable.

The quote, payment and report is submitted via a portal which is very user friendly. All progress updates are fed through the portal and via a short text.

I would highly recommend Precise Surveyors and will use them again should the need arise

Quick, Easy & Thorough!

I don't write reviews usually, but I was genuinely really impressed with precise surveyors.

The process of booking was quick and easy.

Instructed and paid on 24th June, survey booked and completed on July 1st. Jamie had our report ready for July 3rd.

All much quicker than I anticipated but the quality was still there. My lvl 2 homebuyers report was well written, highlighted the issues & potential remedies clearly along with being more thorough than I expected.

The roof was covered in good detail considering I hadn't paid the extra for the drone coverage.

However the pole camera photos were great. They captured all the guttering, the chimney stack and a repair not visible from ground level.

Jamie followed up with a phone call a couple of days later which I missed and followed up again the following week without me prompting.

Obviously eager & cares for his work, which goes a long way. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

We're in the process of buying our first home and were looking for a surveyor to do a level 2 survey on the property we are purchasing. We picked Precise Surveyors based on reviews we read so it is only right that we add to these reviews.

Organising the survey was super easy with being able to book online, the message portal is also really handy to keep up to date.

The date was arranged with the estate agents and Matt assigned to complete our survey. I had an email introducing himself and asking if there was anything we had noticed and wanted to look at specifically which was great as we had noticed something. The survey was completed on the date and time arranged and we received notification that it had been done which puts minds at ease. The report was received really quickly and is very easy to read with supporting high quality photos.

I had contact with Matt afterwards and was able to ask questions and advice.

I can't recommend Precise and Matt enough, should I ever wish to purchase a house again in the future I would definitely use them again!
